That's not something customers should have to hear, and it felt petty and unprofessional. What stood out most was how little support employees seemed to get. I even overheard a situation where a staff member calmly tried to raise a concern, and the manager flipped the issue back on them instead of addressing it. It made the whole place feel toxic and poorly managed. If this is how they treat their team, I can only imagine how little they value their customers. I won't be coming back.

The man there did very well and it was relaxing with the massage. That was the only good part about this experience. After I was done shampooing, they both blow dried my hair then she started to put a hot iron on it--with no heat protectant. After that, she started cutting more again. It was uneven because she didn't even bother to fix my middle part after the wash. I asked her if she could fix my part, but she told me that it's okay and to just put it any kind of way. Seriously?
