I went for some major dental work and I couldn't have been happier about how the whole thing went. The technician was very sweet and Dr. Chris knows what he's doing. I had one of my front teeth laminated(labial veneer) in this office (3/31/25), at beginning the front desk told me that it will cost me total $500ish, I paid $100 upfront and paid $424 immediately after the work done. But I received another bill of $250 a few weeks later, when I asked them why they charge this another $250? they explained that this $250 is the uncovered insurance charge and they also explained to my wife that they have already told me before the treatment( actually they never told me there will be possible $250 charge). They lied to my wife, their explanations were completely different from what they explained to me, when I called them to ask why the front desk didn't inform me the possible insurance charge, they explained that the front desk didn't know it at that time, I think this is a kind of cheating to me, they lied to my wife and me. Although I have paid them the $250 my wife and me decided to leave this office immediately. Continue my review : After 11 month I had my front teeth laminated, it fell off completely now, it has to be repaired. Yesterday I went to another dentist office, I was suggested to put a crown on it. Now I am very regretted to have it laminated last year in Lion Creek dental care. My 81-year-old wife came through Delta Dental system and wanted a cleaning and fluoride treatment. After a x-ray, a deep cleaning was recommended for over $800 instead and would not fulfill our request that Delta Dental pay. The technician advised brushing daily and flossing instead. Chris is the worst dentist I have ever met. Every time I go into the office, he or one of his staff is trying to sell me an expensive service. He talked me into a new procedure and did such a bad job I had to have an emergency root canal. I was told by someone working in his office that he hired a company to generate over 150 top reviews. Five stars goes out to Dr. Chris and his amazing wonderful staff! Dr. Chris has been treating me for over a year as an Invisalign patient! One of the things that I love most about being treated here is first and foremost, The progress that has been made since I started invisilign treatment. I come here every few months to check in with Dr. Chris and make sure that my results are moving towards a positive. He's just a cool Doc and ALWAYS does what's best for me. Extremely friendly staff and top-notch dentists! I broke my tooth recently and had to get into the dentist quick. I was able to get an appointment the very next day to resolve my issue; they buffed my broken tooth down and scheduled my next appointment to get a crown put in. I received my crown yesterday and am very happy with it; the color matches perfectly, it feels great, and it was painless to put in. Broke a tooth mothers day. Went to a very special dentist, and he x-rayed it and says root canal. Assistant hurts me when she x-rays me even though I tell her how to avoid it. I tell him there is no pain, never was, and I think there used to be a filling there. He says well it rotted from the bottom up then, happens some time. I go home and start thinking about that. Seems strange. I call and get my old dental records from my old dentist.. BTW get all your medical and dental records together cause they purge them after awhile. Yes I did have a filling there put in 4 years ago. I know I didn't just let my tooth rot out of my head!! Then comes Dr. Feasel. http://www.feaseldental.com If you are anywhere close to this man I mean within 100 miles ... get to his office. I have had dentist all over the world and good ones as well. This guy and his office are the bomb!!!! I go in to Dr. Feasel, for a second opinion, and send him the x-ray I had taken. First all the people who work there are super happy and cool. The office is great. Doc Feasel is amazing. AMAZING . cool . hip . knowledgeable . honest . kind . direct . He looks at the x-ray wants to know if this was the one used to diagnose that I needed a root canal and doesn't say anything but you can tell what he is thinking... come on... it only goes half way down the root... you can not see the bottom half of the root and the part you can see, besides the hole where the filling came out, is clean and healthy. He gets another x-ray and we talk. BTW this assistant used padding on the x-ray film and it was the first time I was not bloody after a dental x-ray.. woo hooo..... love these guys. He tells me about natural dentistry, confirms my research, tells me his opinion and gives me some options. He thinks it may just need to be filled again adding a pulp cap if he gets close to the root. If he gets in there and there is decay in the root at the top he will opt for a root canal, unless I want it pulled. But even if I have a root canal he will fill the tooth, it will not need a crown cause he won't go in there and just saw the tooth down to make it convenient for him and more expensive for me. So, original dentist... root canal and crown $3,800 This guy who knows more and cares about my tooth health and me. Filling with pulp cap... $340 Root canal with filling ... $1073 I am going in Thursday and it was worth waiting and taking my time to find the right person for the job. I say a big call out for Dr. Feasel and his team and RUN do not walk to his office. And tell him I sent you.... read more

I'd never had a pleasant dentist's appointment until I came to Dr. Bob. I never thought that appointments could be anything but horrifying and uncomfortable! When I had my last cleaning, the hygienist gave me a blanket, encouraged me to put in my headphones, and offered me nitrus. I fell asleep in the chair! I recently called the office when I was concerned about one of my teeth, and the receptionist, Julie, was incredibly helpful and was genuinely concerned about my situation. I live in Seattle, but I make the trip out there because it's worth it. The lovely people that work in this office make me so thankful that they're there. Dr. Bob is a fantastic Dentist with a wonderful and friendly staff. Been going to him since I was a kid (started about 24 yrs ago wow!!!) I have trusted his team to have my cavities drilled and filled (and replaced with much healthier and prettier porcelain), a crown, a nasty grinding habit and a nice new set of front teeth. My wife and I have both been seeing Dr. Bob for around a year now and have had a great experience here. My wife has a lot of dental issues and he has been very knowledgable and honest about what needs to be taken care, what we can wait on, and what doesn't need to be addressed. The office is very nice, we rarely have to wait long in the lobby or the treatment room, and Dr. Bob and his staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Our insurance is particularly difficult to work with but they were persistent and took the time to make sure everything was billed successfully. This is my first ever review - nice nice guy but got grossed out! While looking in my mouth wearing gloves he rubbed his nose and coughed without covering. I realize it's hard to be quick and not always easy to anticipate a cough but the nose thing happened several times! Again, REALLY nice guy and his personality was very easygoing. Maybe I'm a bit phobic about cleanliness but certain professions in my opinion just seem to require it. Like dentistry, nail salons, eye doctors, massage therapists, etc.. I was having no success with my dentist in Edmonds. They made me do expensive procedures and deep cleanings that I didn't need, and yet my gums were still unhealthy and receding. They kept saying how concerned they were and that I'd have to go to a gum specialist. My Mom referred me to Lyons Creek Dental and after two visits they have helped me heal my gums! They are incredibly knowledgeable about holistic treatments and care. My old dentist kept forcing fluoride treatments on me, when as it turns out that is not good with my hypothyroid condition. Their dentists and hygienists are very gentle, knowledgeable and very helpful. They came up with a plan and cured my problem. I enjoy my cleanings. A long and truly horrible dental nightmare from other dentists ended up with me at Dr Feasel's doorstep. I wish to heaven I had gone there first. You should know I have intense odontophobia to the point that if I can force myself to go I have to sit on my hands to keep from striking out at people unexpectedly. I once backfisted a dentist who kept saying, "There's no way you could feel that." (yes I asked him if he felt it.) That beng said, I'm pretty sure I will continue to see Dr Robert Feasel. He is quite aware of his patient's discomfort and takes steps to alleviate it. Everyone there is very patient and nice. Now get this: when they filled a cavity for me the Most Excellent Lady that gave me the novacain shots was so good that for the first time in my life I DID NOT FEEL THE SHOT!!! Not an exaggeration. I had my eyes closed because, you know, the fear thing. I felt movement in my mouth, then nothing. I actually asked, "um, the shot?" Already done! So, I guess I'll go back. read more
