Sadie--the owner and esthetician--walked me through their service menu without rushing or upselling. I ended up choosing the 60-minute Hydra Soothing Facial, and honestly... it was so refreshing. My skin felt clean, hydrated, and relaxed afterward. The spa itself is very tidy and spotless, which I really appreciate. Sadie was warm, gentle, and clearly knows what she's doing. I feel they could have looked better (like the pic on their profile). I did go to beauty school and was a makeup artist so I was able to tell where the lash extensions were attached. I also felt that they could have been blended better. Also they started falling out the minute I walked to my car. He did my nails and i disputed the price because the website said $25 and he said $35. His argument was that the website was ol. Unfortunately that isnt the customers problem! Then a few days later the no chip started chipping and peeling off. I went back today to get them fixed. He looked at them and didn't apologize for the mistake and told me to go find the same color. She only replaced about 4 lashes on one eye and I was ok with that because I'm just visiting. When I went to pay I gave her a $10 and she said "Honey, next time I charge you $10 because not many fell out this time but maybe next time yes" I was going to give her a $5 tip anyway but this is a shame since their printed prices have $5 on it. Needless to say she didn't give me change back and I walked away but business like this is what makes me stop visiting them. They do a good job but I hate false advertising.
