i really wasn't going to write a review, but honestly i am dumbfounded by how ridiculous this entire experience was. i scheduled a foreign lash fill on 7/20 at 10:30am. i had to find a different place than my usual lash girl because it was a last-minute appointment, so i stumbled upon this place. i've been to both this location (with celine) and the tustin location (with austin) years ago before and never had a particular issue. i asked for a classic wispy set, and i even showed MEGAN, the lash artist, a picture of exactly what i wanted. she sits me down and starts doing my lashes. i could immediately tell she was putting the extensions underneath my natural lashes, which isn't what i'm used to at all. i could literally feel the glue burning my eyes, but i figured maybe she just had a different technique, so i trusted the process. anyways, i'm done within an hour. she shows me the lashes, and they looked... whatever. just fine. then she tells me it's $85. i ask, "just for a fill?" she then tells me she actually removed my entire set and gave me a new full set because my old lashes were different. ...okay? i understand if that had to be done, but DON'T YOU THINK THAT'S SOMETHING YOU SHOULD TELL YOUR CLIENT BEFORE YOU DO IT? there was absolutely zero communication. you don't just decide to change the service i'm receiving, charge me more for it, and only tell me after you're done. the problem isn't even the money, she just did whatever she wanted to without telling me. despite that, i still paid the $85 and even left a $20 tip. remember how i said my "full set" only took an hour? anyone who regularly gets lash extensions knows a proper full set is NOT done in one hour. sure enough, within just a couple of days, my lashes started falling out like crazy. the attached picture is what they looked like after THREE DAYS. every single day, more and more lashes kept falling out. now, only six days later, basically my entire set is gone. i literally paid for a FULL SET less than a week ago, and my lashes already look like i desperately need a fill. it's embarrassing. i've been getting lashes done for years. this isn't normal shedding, and this isn't because i "didn't take care of them." they were just poorly applied. this is what i get for cheating on my lash girl. ‍ if you're not qualified to do your job, then don't do it. practice more. if i'm PAYING you for a service, you better believe i expect it to be done WELL, especially if i'm paying $85. honestly, i'd like a refund given the quality of the work and the lack of communication throughout the appointment. giving me back $85 wouldn't hurt the company at all lol read more

Update after 1 week from fill: fill did not even last a week. I already started having empty spots within 5 days. Super disappointing. Elena has a horrible attitude and doesn't even try to listen to what customer requests. My usual lash place was fully booked so booked foreign fill last min with this place. I showed Elena what style I usually get and explained how I usually get different curl/length in each eye since my eyes are pretty uneven and she didn't even try to listen and started giving me attitude right away saying "I don't know what you want. we only do c curl here". Unbelievably rude and didn't even try to take any time with me to understand what style I usually get when this was my first time here. I could be her potential long term client but obviously she doesn't give a crap about that. So she completely ignored or didn't understand what style I wanted. I honestly didn't feel comfortable the whole time I was there since she was just exuding negative vibe the whole time but I desperately needed a fill so I endured the uncomfortable hour of her poking my eye and rudely turning my head around with her hands constantly and sighing the whole freaking time. If you don't appreciate new clients and you don't know how to do foreign fills then don't put it available on your schedule and how are you a "master tech" when you don't even understand how to fill uneven eyes with different curl/length to make them even. I've been getting lash extensions since 2020 and this is the worst service I've ever received. The rude unpleasant mean vibe was unbearable. I'll give one star for the ease of making appointment last minute but I won't come back here. read more

Highly disappointed in this location. Went in last Thursday for a set removal and new set, by the second day more than half of my lashes had fallen off. I was surprised the owner reached out and offered me to come have them fixed. Well I went in Tuesday 5/20/25 only to leave more disappointed and irritated. My pintail set took closet to 3 hours to complete and obviously fell off 2 days in. My technician was Elena, and again on Tuesday when I came to have them fixed. I explained again what I wanted and she said okay. As she did my lashes to proceed to tell me it was because the oil she used to remove my old set that made it hard to apply my new set which made no sense. It took almost 2 hours to fix my set only to wake up to a set I absolutely hated. They were extremely long and over filled not the set I wanted or paid for my eyes burnt. There were several areas that had longer strands than the others. I was so irritated at this point I just got up. As I was getting ready to leave the technician had the nerve to tell me now that she "fixed" my set I needed to go on here and change my review because I was going to cost her business. I believe Brenda had some issues with the new set promotion. She seemed unwilling to do it and acted very unprofessionally throughout the appointment. When I selected the Korean style and asked whether she had done many Korean-style sets before, she suddenly raised her voice and said, "No! I do Americans!" I honestly did not understand what she meant by that, especially since there are many Korean Americans as well. The comment felt unnecessary and inappropriate. She also became very emotional during the appointment for no apparent reason. I had to remind her that I am a customer and expected to be treated professionally and respectfully. Her attitude toward customers of different races was also concerning and made me feel uncomfortable. If she was unhappy about doing the new set promotion, she could have simply declined the appointment instead of yelling at a customer and behaving immaturely. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! I don't ever write reviews but my experience here was extremely frustrating. I went in as a first time customer, I booked with a "master technician" I will include pictures of everything. I asked for a natural set. My service was 40 minutes long, which anyone who's been getting their eyelash done with proper technique knows that there is no way a good set is done in 40 minutes no matter how good the technician is. My eyelashes came out horrendous. She glued a bunch of spikes all over my eyelashes and eyelids. She glued some of them to my actual eyelids!!!!! I sent pictures to the salon which I will include and the way they tried to gaslight me is extremely unprofessional. They proceeded to tell me that they use individual eyelashes and they make their own fans which you can clearly see that is not the case with me. I asked to have them removed and to get a refund and they told me that they do not do refunds. Their only solution is for me to go back in and have them redone. But if this is the type of work that a master technician does for a first time client why would I go back and have them redone ??? After hours of going back and forth for two days they still don't take accountability, they continue to try to gaslight me and they still refuse to give me a refund. Long story short, clumpy, lashes on multiple lashes at once, not placed at base, and lasted less than a week. Now I've lost majority of my natural lashes! Full story: I have been getting eyelash extensions regularly since 2019 and am well-versed in the different aspects of lashes, such as length, diameter, and style. I recently visited this lash studio for mega Russian style lashes and had pre-booked an appointment that included lash removal and an upgrade to the mega style, which are supposed to be super full, fanned, and fluffy. Upon arrival, I showed the technician photos of the look I wanted. An hour later, I was very disappointed to find that my lashes looked very classic and far from the mega style I had requested. Moreover, the existing lashes I had asked to be removed were never taken off, leading to clumping and flipping, which caused significant irritation. As a result, many of the regular-length lashes fell out, and I lost a considerable amount of my natural lashes. Now, I barely have any lashes left to work with. Adding to the poor experience, the technician never introduced herself or engaged with me during the appointment. At one point, she asked if I wanted a blanket but never brought it back, almost as if she used it as an excuse to take a break and then forgot about it. Despite my immense disappointment, I still tipped generously, not knowing if she was the owner as I had paid extra for an owner-level technician according to their website. The worst part of my experience was that I left my name-brand sunglasses at the studio, which cost more than the appointment itself, making the whole experience an even bigger loss. read more

I really wanted to like this place as it's so much closer for me. I've been going to Brea or Eastvale for my lashes. I will drive a good distance if I get great quality service & lashes. I have been getting lashes for the last 6 years so I'm quite familiar with the process. First let me start off by saying the salon looks very cute... there are individual rooms (not sure what those are used for) but they have you go to the back which is a bunch of beds right by each other with shelving in between. I asked for a new natural set with a natural shape. I didn't get my lash tech's name but she put the remover on my lashes & didn't let it sit for even 5 mins before she started pulling the lashes off. I'm pretty sure some of my own lashes were pulled too as it was quite uncomfortable. Once the lashes were removed, she wiped my eyes with a dry cotton pad or something similar. Then she just started applying lashes. She did not clean my eyelashes at all. At some point, she had to help a coworker get payment from another customer so she left for a bit, came back, then did not sanitize her hands before working on my lashes again. I know I should've spoken up but I was a bit shocked. Once she was done, she gave me a mirror & it was a lot fuller than natural. She then told me it was $95 despite me booking $75 new client promo. I showed her my booking which stated the $75 promo. She seemed annoyed but did honor it. As I mentioned, I'm a lash extension veteran & know how to properly care for them. I got a lot of lash fallout within the same day! It hasn't stopped since. I've gone ahead & booked with my lash tech all the way out in Eastvale to just remove the lashes done here at Elegant lashes & get a new set. I truly did want to love this place as it more convenient for me but I just cannot justify my experience here & the fact that my new set is only 8 days old but looks soooo bad already. I asked for something that the lash artist couldn't do but instead of saying that she did something else without telling me and then showed me when she was done. Also pretty painful and rough. Update. They just texted me saying that if I told them what I want they would redo it. I told the technician the first time, asking for wispy and thin lashes. She did my lashes and they are so thick and look like strip lashes, she said I didn't have enough lashes to do them thin which to me makes no sense. They then proceeded to tell me that they gave me a deal of only paying $110 when I should have paid $140, new to me. They said I technically had a balance but they wouldn't make me pay. This location seems very shady and I would advise against going here. (I also tipped the artist even though I was not satisfied and I told her that). read more
