He completed my nails rather quickly, even though he had a lot of customers. The price I was charged seemed very fair and not trying to take advantage. They were kind enough to fit us in the afternoon for two pedicures and a full set. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Everything was clean and well organized. Unfortunately, my experience with the technician who did my pedicure was disappointing. When I walked in, I wasn't warmly greeted either which I expected a more welcoming interaction. Disregarded that & still decided to give the place a try. When I was sat down, the water was extremely hot & left unattended. I booked a basic pedicure as my once a month treat for myself. I understand I chose a basic package, but at other salons even a basic pedicure still includes the little details that make you feel like you're getting your money's worth, such as a finishing oil or product at the end to leave your feet looking refreshed and cared for, along with at least a brief foot massage. This service felt very rushed, and at times it felt like the technician barely wanted to work on my feet. I could have done the bare minimum at home, but when you go to a salon, you're paying for the experience, the care, and the final result. I did try to speak up during my service and communicate what I wanted, including having my ingrown toenails addressed and having the acrylic powder on my big toe removed. However, I felt dismissed when I was immediately told I didn't have ingrowns, and another person had to be called over to help. The acrylic was only filed down, and you could still see the acrylic underneath the gel polish afterward which bothered me because before leaving I mentioned it and was brushed off by the technician as if it no longer mattered since the job was done. After getting home, I noticed my feet were still cracked underneath and I had to finish filing them myself which I shouldn't have to do because it defeats the purpose of going to a salon especially after paying $55+ plus tip. At the end of my appointment, I would have appreciated some help getting down from the chair so my bare feet didn't have to touch the floor while I looked for my sandals, but the technician walked away. I do want to give credit to the other staff members I interacted with, as they were very kind and welcoming which is why I am rating it a 2 star instead of a 1 star. My disappointment was specifically with the service I received from this technician, and unfortunately my overall experience did not meet my expectations. Customer service should be a priority, not based off of which package a customer chooses.

I had had the gift card three years but when I had gone in there to schedule a date..their schedule was always full or I was not in state. The spa service was good, front desk and their protocol was not. I would also encourage the owners to place on their discount that gift cards amounts be listed to the service and that changes to the cost should be negotiated upon arrival. As a business owner myself, I cannot imagine selling a service that has been paid for and then the person takes a third of the service away and still has to pay. A 30% gratuity is absolute nonsen...

I arrived and was greeted with an amazing smell, nice relaxing music and a friendly staff member. I filled out paperwork and the staff member showed me around. The space is extremely clean and very very well decorated. I waited a very short time in the relaxation area before Terry came to get me for my services. First we started with my eyebrows. Terry was extremely gentle and I almost fell asleep while she was tweezing my brows! She explained step by step of everything she was doing. Next she started my foot peel and covered all pertinent info with me. Lastly, Terry ended up checking me out and she provided her card in the event I had any questions or concerns. She gave fantastic service. Her touch and communication is definitely what I'm looking for when I visit any type of spa. Highly recommend!!

I hate when I get people who rush through pedicures and potentially cut me or grate my feet too hard.
