However, once I sat down for my pedicure, things quickly went downhill. I walked in around 3:00 PM, and despite arriving before several other customers, at least four or five people came and went before my toes were even finished. It took nearly two hours just to complete a pedicure. Communication was also a major issue. Every time I tried to explain what I wanted, the staff acted as though they already knew, but the final result was nothing like what I requested. I asked for French tips on my toes, but instead the entire nail was painted. The acrylic application was poorly done, the shape was incorrect, and no one even asked what nail shape I preferred before starting the service. The pricing was even more frustrating. I was charged $155 for short nails, plus an additional $30 in surcharges that were never clearly explained. When I asked about the extra charges, I felt like I was being brushed off instead of getting a straightforward answer. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I drove all the way from the other side of town specifically to visit this salon. To pay nearly $200 and still not receive what I asked for is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Customers deserve clear communication, transparency in pricing, and services that match what they request.

Not a very welcome environment. Edit: The customer service was the worst. I was insulted for not wanting to get my eyebrows done and told that I needed to get them done now because of how bad they look. My nail tech had no interest in me or taking the time to do a decent job. My fingers ache today and burn from all the cuts on my cuticles. The clear coat is starting to bubble already. Taking that extra star off my rating and I will be making an appointment with Apsara today to fix this mess.

She was touching everything and then coming back and doing my nails and not bothering to wash her hands or use hand sanitizer at least. Her tools were not clean before she started to work on me. She didn't even clean off the dust from the previous client, so my arms was sitting on god knows what. I asked her to even my nails out and shape them and she did not do that. I hate it when they rush through your manicure. I get one day out the month to come get my raggedy toes and hands done and I want it to be a good job. Then a man began to work on my toes and I actually started to enjoy myself. The man wasn't able to get my ingrown's but I didn't care because he was enjoyable and wasn't rushing the process and gave me a great massage. Then the lady who was working on my nails made him get up and she proceeded to try to get my ingrown toenail . (That I appreciate that she did especially because she remembered that I mentioned it from earlier) but then she proceeded to rush again while painting my nails. My toes look horrible hands look okay but they aren't even nor shaped . I won't be back but I don't think this is a bad place to go to just make sure that they are paying attention to you and not rushing you off and treating you like a couple of dollars.
