Posh Nails has new owners and it shows. Brand new pedicure chairs and a whole new crew that is super friendly and very talented. The place is clean and they are very proud of it. They have posters up to tell you about their policy on cleanliness. This is my second time visiting the salon since I found out about the new owners and so far I'm pretty happy with results. My only issue is I wish they would get some new OPI colors because there are so many beautiful ones this time of year. The prices are a little bit high, I believe they advertise a basic pedicure for $38 and $15 more for gel polish. I think that's high considering it doesn't take any more time than regular polish you can't mess up gel polish so it shouldn't cost more. So for a pedicure and builder gel on natural nails with gel polish, my total was $129 plus tip. I think $150 a month is a little much for Nails but all in all I'm happy with the service, You should give them a try. read more

Well, I came here out of town just to get a quick manicure and it came out really good as you could see in the pictures, but it was peeling later in the daytime. Impeccably clean. Warm welcoming staff. More upscale than your typical strip mall nail salon. I was pleasantly surprised. Loved my pedicure so much that I decided to have a manicure too. I would definitely come back again. read more

Zero stars if I could. I'm usually not the type to leave reviews, but this experience was truly unfathomable. I booked an appointment weeks in advance for myself (the bride) and my bridal party -- a total of 8 of us -- to get our nails and toes done the day before my wedding. I purchased $60 gift cards for each person to cover their mani-pedis, so the only thing anyone needed to worry about was tipping or paying for any service upgrades. What should've been a pleasant and relaxing visit turned out to be nothing but chaos. From the moment we walked in, the staff was cold, rude, and completely disorganized (treating us like we were beneath them) When I chose basic polish for my toes, the tech seemed offended and kept trying to upsell me to gel for an extra $15 -- even after I politely declined more than once. (Later to find out they were all like that trying to upsell the service)The man who did my pedicure didn't even bother to help me put my shoes back on -- which is standard service at any decent nail salon. The manicure was just as bad. I was getting Gel-X and was passed around between three different nail techs, none of whom made me feel like a valued customer, let alone a bride on the day before the wedding. The last tech treated me like I was an inconvenience rather than someone who had planned, booked, and prepaid for a large group. Every single person in my bridal party walked out disappointed. I can confidently say we won't ever return, and I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone -- especially for special occasions. Very disappointing. read more

Have been coming here over 5 years but our most recent visit will be the last. Nail tech's seem overworked and not able to give the attention to a service needed and I swear a very unqualified tech was called to do my nails because the salon was full. She was answering phones working the register and putting towels away all while trying to get my mani pedi finished. Bridal party of 8 was no party at all and more like a disaster. Took forever - made to wait. No special treatment for the bridal party. The salon manager was having trouble working the register and checkout was another fail.took forever. My French tips peeled the very next day some of the girls nails smudged after hours of drying. When I returned 3 days later (2 days after wedding) the front desk employee tells me they only stand by their regular mani's for 1-2 days!! After complaining they repainted my nails. queen was the most skilled nail tech i've ever come across in 15+ years. she did an incredible job on my rhinestones and designs. i'm post partum sleep deprived so i kept falling asleep but she worked with me very professionally and got my nails looking amazing even with me making it a bit difficult. she's incredibly sweet and very talented. i recommend her to everyone! her work is outstanding. if you ever go here ask for Queen! read more

Jack did an amazing job with my nails, I used a photo reference and he matched it perfectly. He spent plenty of time making sure the shape was neat and smooth which I appreciated. Friendly service and super efficient. The atmosphere is great as well, the whole place is decorated very nicely and clean. I've been here about 5 times now and have always have great experiences. Usually I will get dip powder nails and a regular pedicure. I've been to Katie, Kelly and Lisa. All wonderful. Today I just got a regular manicure after wanting to take a rest from dip. My nails have grown so long! This is a photo of my real nails with just a regular manicure. They feel a bit thin after months of dip but look great so far! Meh. After 2 days they all broke and chipped. Not so "healthy nails". read more

Go and ask for Daniel, he is literally the BEST. Posh is only place I will go for my nails!! Everywhere else chips and breaks. I think my favorite thing about Daniel is that he doesn't say NO. Whatever picture I show him I want done, he will do it no questions asked. And better. He is an ARTIST! He will even fill in your healthy nail instead of making you pay for a whole new manicure if your nails are good. Go see Daniel!! read more

Maddie was amazing so patient with the most hideous work I had from a previous salon. I discussed my concerns and she listen to them all. I risked it by taking my 1 year old and the staff was very welcoming and patient with us which I appreciated. Nails are beautiful no more acrylic now fresh dip powder nails ! Pedicure was beyond the chairs really helped with my back pains and Maddie's massage was good as well the products that are used for the pedicure are also fantastic (spa pedicure) you can feel the difference even the next day. Collagen socks are the way to go White nails are my new set of dip. I just moved to Stuart from Palm Beach County. This was my first time in and I was hoping this would be my regular mail salon I was utterly shocked at the up charges for my daughters nails. We were charged for acrylics plus gel plus an additional charge for a few strokes of added polish for design Tech was not up front about added charges. I will not be back. Buyer beware read more

Posh Salon. High prices with cheap products. They have hidden prices. Extra charges are $8 to remove gel. $12 for shape additional $12 for blue tops like a French but clear nails with a polished tip. Barely there polish that is see through needs another coat and gets an attitude when asking for another coat of polish Rough with Machine filer that it chafes skin. Cheap acrylic fills ins that peel or chip off within the first week. In addition girl who checks you in is rude. I've been here 4 times and will not return to this highway robbery salon. Especially when there are so many salons to choose from. read more

Very nice, clean and good communication salon! New in the Stuart area, from West Palm Beach, I've been looking for my go to Mani/Pedi and pretty sure I've finally found it after a long 3 months! I'm FURIOUS!!! .Eyebrows were just completely horrible I would rate this less then a star lady who did them super sweet (Amy) but don't recommend at all I asked for a clean up and showed picture of exactly how I wanted it done and I came in with a full set of eyebrows and walked out with clown eyebrows not only that there's missing hair , wax still on my face not impressed at all front desk lady, not understandable at all didnt like the idea of giving me my money back. One of the worst pedicures I've gotten. I feel like I could've done better at home. There was a huge bubble on my nail that I asked her to fix and this is how my nails looked the SECOND time around after being fixed. I left the salon like this because I didn't want to find out what they'd look like the third time being fixed. Super disappointed. Waste of money!! Don't recommend. read more

I stopped by Wednesday afternoon for a pedicure and they were able to see me right away. They were busy but they did not rush to do anything, instead they took their time and did a great job. I did the basic pedicure for $35 and I would definitely recommend this place. Its decor inside is beautiful and the service is great! read more

First time in and immediately recognized Helen and Daniel from their previous salons. They also recognized me and the whole experience was clean, welcoming and accommodating. Arm was the lady doing my nails, I got a dip manicure and basic pedicure. When the color I picked looked darker in real life then on the sample she found a beautiful replacement which was exactly what I wanted. Without having to tell her my nails and fingers are all wonky she made them look straight and beautiful. She took her time, in which she was gentle and meticulous. Best place in the area by far! I've never left disappointed and have gone often to see whoever is available. Daniel or Helen T are great for a gel mani- always perfect and quick which I like when I'm stopping by after work. The rudeness from the owner is unbelievable. If you don't like your nails shaped how she does she gets aggrieved with you. She leave you sitting there while she sets up other clients pedicures she answers the phone and makes appointments she takes payments from clients while she makes you sit there and wait for her like my time isn't valuable. It's a pretty place it's un fortunate she is clueless on how to cater to customers. They charge more money than most local salons and only a couple of the girls are good. The owner Helen talks badly about her clients behind their backs and talks about her employees badly behind their backs too. She told me about how some of the girls are always late for work because they live far and how they call in sick when they aren't sick. It's annoying. I'm not there to gossip I just wanted my nails done. I'll never be going back there again. read more
