First time here. Had a great experience with Kathy today. She was nice and patient. I noticed they treat customers in a very friendly manner, almost like family. Had I written this review upon leaving, I'd have given them 4 stars. The service was great. The technician was very friendly despite he the fact that she pulled out dirty cuticle clippers, used them on me, and put them back in her drawer, without cleaning them before or after. I was willing to look past this because I was happy enough with my full set for randomly having stumbled upon this place. However, 3 days after getting a full set, half my nails were broken... I get my nails done a lot, all over the place, and I've never had this happen before. Acrylics typically last me about 2 weeks before starting to chip or peel off. But three days? 1 of them bent in half the night after I left! Yikes. It's a shame when the quality of the product tarnishes the quality of the service. Spending $45 on a full set of acrylic nails only to have them start breaking within 3 days is really unfortunate. Please work on your sanitary standards and quality of products!! Y'all got a lot of nearby competition and this sort of thing isn't cool. read more

Got an infection from this place on two nail beds and had to go to the urgent care and take antibiotics. Do yourself a favor Don't come near this place. Never ever had thus happen have had bad work but net an infection. They are not clean, don't use clean tools the nail file used look like it been used on 100 people. I agree with the other reviewer's that the place and their tools are filthy. The lady who did me was rough she was in a hurry acting like the place was on fire. I think she wanted to go do the pedicure for another lady customers. What a disaster!!!! This place is a unsanitary shit hole. I am so mad that I went there they should be reported. This place is dirty, nasty and unsanitary. The nail tech opened the drawer on the table and pulled out dirty nippers wipes them off and then proceeded to use them on my nails. I was desperate so I didn't say anything. The I watched as the owner finished with a client, took the dirty nippers wipes it with a towel and them slipped them back into the package to use again. The the new client sat down and she took out the dirty pair and used them on the next person. Grosssssss. This place is so unsanitary. Not to mention the nail tech got gel all over my fingers. I give it two stars since my main concern is the fact that this place is very filthy. The stations need cleaning. I started to feel overwhelming worried since I did not see any signs of the instruments being sterilized. Usually at other salons, I see when the technician pulls the clean instruments from a sealed bag and in this case I did not see that, the instruments were just pulled from a little box that said "clean instruments". The technician gave me a small cut by accident. Having that small cut and technician using those instruments on it made me freak out. I really hope those instruments were sterile bc I don't want to get any infections read more

I came in to get my nails done for my cousins funeral, I'm in the chair crying and the gentlemen completely took advantage of me! 2 nails popped off as soon as I boarded my flight that evening, when I got back to town for them to fix it 3 days later I'm telling him how I would like my nails and he completely disregarded everything I said. My nails were all uneven ,weren't down to my cuticle, they were bumpy and the polish is old! And after explaining I didn't like the way he did them he told me I was going to have to repay for them and I told him I didn't like it from when he started with the application of tip! Pretty upset with my last experience at this location. I have came here a couple times, since I go back and forth with two other salons. Came in today as a walk in and asked for a simple color change for my manicure. They took me in right away but it took about thirty minutes just for a simple color change on my hands. The lady did a poor job coloring in my nails that I had to do four coats. She finally finished and messed up one of my fingers so I asked her to fix it, her idea of fixing was just putting a piece of the polish to blend it in, I asked her to fix it because it looked terrible. She told me she does not have time for me and continued to take off the polish. Then she went back and forth with another lady doing a pedicure and fixing my finger. She was standing up in the process of this as well. She would touch the ladies foot and then come back and add another layer of polish. She blamed it on my cuticles not being cut but I never cut my cuticles and never have this problem. I was extremely frustrated because it took 30 minutes to get this done. I was to the point that I wanted to ask her to take my polish off and walk out because it was so unsanitary and disgusting. read more

I love my girls Raquel and Mindy! They have been doing my nails for 8 years, and coming here feels like visiting family. They are so sweet and do a wonderful job! If they weren't as good as they are I wouldn't keep coming back. I'm a hair dresser, and am very detail oriented, so its important to me to be somewhere where they are too. After Raquel is done with my pedicure I feel like I have new feet! Mindy is very delicate with her manicures and has never cut me or taken too much off my cuticles. Go see Raquel and Mindy!
