Warning anyone and everyone...do not trust this business. The flowers are crap when they arrive, if they arrive.... Flowers were supposed to be delivered Monday. When my sister called today to find out where the flowers were, she was told they were delivered at 7:30 last night. She insisted that they were not, she even had proof on her ring. They told her that she needed to call the owner. She left 2 messages for the owner. She had to drive over to the shop because her messages were ignored! I'm here with her now and the owner is telling her they don't deliver flowers under a certain price and the flowers were on the counter if she wanted to take them! Jill, the owner must have forgotten that she called my niece and left a message on her phone around noon today , asking her to call the sender and let them know the flowers were delivered ! My flowers to my mom were NEVER delivered for Mother's Day. I purchased the flowers on May 10th online. I called the store and spoke to Kim, who at the time took down the last 3 digits of my card and said they would be delivered. It's Tuesday and my mom didn't get the $110 dollar flowers that I paid for. When I called the store back, I told Kim the situation. I was trying to give her the order # to which she said that doesn't help her. She kept asking me questions about the order and laughing around at the fact that she couldn't find the order with the information I was giving her? She was completely unapologetic, condescending. I don't know why the store was accepting orders and even when calling to confirm ahead of time, they don't deliver on the service. Calling my bank for a chargeback. Honestly I'm really sad to be giving this review but it's needed. I wanted to send my mom some beautiful flowers for her birthday and I specifically picked these because it was supposed to include a succulent. Honestly, the result turned out nothing like what was advertised. I understand that there was an option to have no substitutions, but when almost everything in the expected arrangement is substituted, I feel there should be some communication. Especially since we were contacted about the payment, I feel as though someone should've have mentioned that almost everything would be substituted. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT UGHHHHHH. This was the first year I've been away from my mom on Mother's Day so I thought it'd be nice to order her flowers since I couldn't give them to her myself 1. It was scheduled to be delivered on Mother's Day. It came the day BEFORE. I mean if you're so eager to deliver flowers a day early then WHY DOESN'T IT LOOK AS HALF AS GOOD AS THE PICTURE??? 2. IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED. Online was an option to select and let the florists make replacements for some flowers that they might not have, but even though I selected that option, again, WHY DOES IT NOT LOOK GOOD OR AT LEAST DECENT. So I literally paid $35 with $10 delivery fee and got both aspects of those WRONG. You'll honestly have better luck buying or even making a bouquet yourself. We all got a wonderful laugh today when I went to a family members memorial service and was thanked for the flowers I ordered. I didn't see them. I ordered the together at twilight bouquet (picture attached} as purple was their favorite color and was surprised to find a bouquet with no purple at all. It was a white basket, with red, white, and pink flowers..,and although beautiful, it was not what I ordered whatsoever. I showed the attached picture to my relatives to let them know what was intended and it brought us some much needed laughter. Although beautiful, you should have flexible expectations of what you may end up with even when you order over the phone and reference the website like I did. read more

I choose to purchase from this Florist because they posted on their website they carried Teleflora flowers. I specifically picked out a Teleflora "New" flower arrangement because I like how the vase complemented the bright spring flowers--Aqua Allure Bouquet. I had seen this flower shop on my many trips to Yuba City, so thought I give them a try. BIG MISTAKE!!, flowers were not delivered as ordered. I even talked to the owner and I clarified I did not want to change anything with the arrangement--keep it as pictured. The picture you show on your website, that's what I want delivered. Not good business when she can call me to get my pin number for my CC, but fails to tell me she didnt have the Allure telefora vase. I know why, because I would not have confirmed my order. This is a very dishonest business. Calling back after the flower delivery to report my displeasure with the arrangement, the owner states she doesn't buy all Telefora vases--why did she not notify me. Instead she went ahead and delivery my flower arrangement in a big bulky clear vase. This was not what I was expecting, my mom has many of those vases--I could have had SaveMart just deliver her flowers for that matter. In the end, beware of this Florist they falsely displaces they carry Teleflora products. Then blames Teleflora for their flower errors. I will be writing a letter to Teleflora corporate offices. This is a dishonest business in my opinion. I will not be doing business with them again and notify those I know in that area to stay clear of them. read more

This my second time using Elegant'e Pedals. My first time I was very pleased with them. This last time I am very disappointed. I ordered a succulent arrangement for my mom with balloons. I asked for it to be delivered on Mother's Day but I was ok with it being delivered on Monday (today) since it is my mom's birthday. My mom didn't get it until after 5 pm and it was arranged in a cheep wicker Easter basket and no balloons. I paid $80 plus for this to be special. Very disappointed. read more

I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered in feb 14th to my girlfriends work, they were delivered on the 10th today. I called the place i ordered them from online and they said sorry for the inconvenience we will have another arrangement set to your girlfriend of the 14th. I was was satisfied with this apology and they fixed the problem. I thought that was the end of it. My girlfriend called me a told me that the florist came back to her place of work and took back the arrangement. She was embarrassed at the situation. I then called the place i ordered them from and canceled my order. This place messed up and embarrassed my girlfriend at work, and ruined a Valentines day surprise. Although Jill was nice enough on our first meeting, once I gave her my money, I could no longer reach her for questions I had or anything. All of my calls and voicemails, texts, we all unreturned. Eventually I sent my now husband in to get a refund. She immediately assumed that we had broken up.....which I find extremely rude to ask the customer!! I have purchased flowers a total of three times. The flowers never looked even the least bit like the pictures online. I know that the flowers vary but when I have ordered elsewhere, the flowers always look similar to their pictures online. This last time I ordered flowers was for Mother's Day and I spent over $100 on an arrangement and a ballon and a box of chocolates. My mother only received the flowers and when I tried calling to see what the heck happened, I never got through to an actual person, just a machine! I'm really upset because I spent extra for the chocolates and balloon and they were never delivered. Also the arrangement looked nothing like the pictures online. It was much smaller even though I paid for the large arrangement. I am not happy with their service and I would not purchase again. My daughter received a beautiful bouquet on March 24th for her birthday. The bouquet was gorgeous with beautiful pink roses, yellow daisies and peach carnations. It's now two weeks later and the arrangement is STILL gorgeous. Unbelievable quality and beauty. This is a photo from today - April 5th - and as you can see, it is still gorgeous. I did remove the roses as they never last long (all her other bouquets with roses were thrown away last week but I didn't have to remove these roses until today).
