She even called us a week before to review all of the details and tell us about all of the flowers she had bought specifically for our wedding with us in mind. The bouquets and boutonnières were waiting for us in water when we arrived at the venue. They were beautiful and better than we imagined. The center pieces blew us away and were perfectly sized for the reception space. They even did a sneak peak on instagram so we could see the flowers before the wedding. Dottie is truly professional and had lots of great experience delivering perfect flowers for every bride. Staging: Mattie was so knowledgeable and organized. She really helped us fine tune our vision and gave excellent advice on what would look best in the space. She was even willing to add our seating chart last minute. They tried to leave several cubic yards at the top of my driveway (after the delivery was 3 hours late, I had laborers waiting, and never got a delivery update). The delivery driver was a complete ass. I could not have my delivery blocking my cars in. I mean, WTF??? He even laughed in my face, which was so contemptuous and caused and argument and then left without doing the delivery. The previous delivery was on the side, no problem. Apparently only THEIR time matters. Customers are disposable. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I try to support local businesses, but the sloppy, snotty whatever their bad attitude of the day is... well, just plain WOW! I've only ever been treated with respect and professionalism at Rare Earth. Go there instead. Don't say you weren't warned.
