The listing showed a hydrangea, which was missing from my bouquet. I had to ask for it to be added, which shouldn't have been necessary. If the bouquet couldn't be made as advertised, the order should have been canceled rather than delivered incomplete. I would have preferred an early cancellation over being disappointed and having to request flowers that were supposed to be included. The staff was polite and helpful, which I appreciate, but the overall experience was frustrating. Please be mindful of customers' time and expectations.
