The stains were just a bit to much to survive without cleaning our clothes that we wore on our trip into Orlando. From the time that I entered the laundromat to the time that I picked up our clothes, the staff was super nice. They were helpful and accommodating. We expected our laundry the next day, but was pleasantly notified that we could pick it up that afternoon. When I arrived, everything was ready: men's shirt was hung and the rest of the items were folded and placed in the travel bag that I left with them. And with all of that, the price we paid was really reasonable too. When in the area again, we will definitely return to Fast Fresh Laundry to correct our clothing mishaps.

I had to take it to a proper tailor to fix the damage, and they were shocked at how badly it was handled. Not only did it still fit poorly, but so many things were done incorrectly. It ended up costing far more than I'd planned. They might be fine for dry cleaning, but absolutely do not trust them with alterations if you care about the outcome.

It's super easy to place an order on the webpage, and there is tight coordination around their text messaging and pickup/dropoff of clothes. It's important to note that this service is a bit expensive. Prices start at $50, and that's the minimum. We spent about $65 for sheets, a few towels and a load of laundry. Overall, we didn't feel it was a bad deal. Our clothes were folded neatly and tightly--and they smelled great. The reason for 4 stars is that the wait for the laundry to be returned (pickup in Thursday and dropoff on Monday) was a bit slower than desired. I'd love to see that sped up a bit. They charged me $39.00 for the clean and $15.60 (40%) for the expedited service; they were upfront about the added cost for said expedited service. The base cost of the clean is a little higher than what you might find at other cleaners, but I think the quality of work you receive well justifies the price. As for the quality of work: it was excellent (see the before and after pictures). The only thing I might note is that there is a strange scent inside the store that, at least for me, is slightly off-putting. The scent does stick to your garment, however, it quickly goes away after use and likely is a result of the cleaning agents that are used (which, by the way, according to the owner, are all natural, environmentally friendly, and of higher quality than what you might find at other locations). Anyway, I received great service, quality, and will be bringing all my dry cleaning needs to this company from now on.
