Update. We decided to give Element another chance and stayed here in February 2026 and everything was leaps and bounds better than our first stay! Perhaps it was because we knew what to ask for and how to navigate the parking situation better, but now this is our favorite and preferred hotel to stay in while in Anaheim. My number one reason for this now being our favorite hotel is the cleanliness of the hotel overall. It's refreshing to see a hotel maintain and upkeep the cleanliness and condition of its facilities. On our second stay, we booked a room with bunk beds and I have to say, I loved the layout of this room. The bunks were in a separate area from the Queen size beds, so it almost felt like a two bedroom suite. The room was incredibly spacious and most importantly it was very clean and everything in the room felt almost new. We stayed on the side of the hotel that did NOT have the freeway noise. The lobby and the eating area was still very clean and didn't feel aged or run down at all since we first stayed 3 years. ago. The breakfast is still the BEST free breakfast I have ever had had at a hotel with great healthy and gluten free options. We didn't use our car at all this trip and just uber to and from Disneyland which cost anywhere between $6-$12 depending on the time of day you're going. It was fast, convenient and way more affordable than driving and parking and risking not having a spot back at the hotel in the evening. I'm glad we decided to give Element another chance second chance and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a hotel near Disney. read more

I wish they would allow more stars!!! Let's start with arrival, self parking.. amazing. I love this. I like to know where my car is and not worry if someone locked it. Parking, very fair $38 a night. For the area, and having stayed at Westin/JW/best western, this the fairest of parking by far.. Walking in to lobby, so clean, refreshing calm cool colors. Floors clean, seats clean, no trash or smell of anything icky.. The welcome, CHELSEA!!! let me make sure you understand.. a welcome for me is a great side of the hospitality to come. Getting to walk into such a beautifully clean, stunning aesthetic place, and then getting to walk up and meet Chelsea and her amazingly smile was worth the entire trip. Check-in, we were told we were upgraded to a theme park view, this is my teenagers first trip after graduated high school and we had more than an amazing experience.. since our check-in was not until four but we arrived at 9 AM. She checked our bags at no cost, told us to take a picture of the baggage voucher and proceeded to pre-check us in so all we have to do is come back later and grab the keys. That's the exact type of experience I'm looking for. She then told us we were early enough to still have breakfast and told us it was complementary, and the breakfast was outstanding. I'm talking hot food cold food, oatmeal yogurt for face make your own a waffle station toast of different assortment, including bagels/ English muffins, bacon/eggs/breakfast potatoes... can you start of juices, lemonades , coffee milk water /hot chocolate/tea. Heading up to our room when we came back from the park it was about 8 o'clock we walked into the hotel room, it was clearly dark... But we noticed you immediately. You could see all of California adventure to our left and then Disney to the right.. making it the absolute perfect view for fireworks. Fourth of July is my favorite holiday. Getting to experience fireworks anytime is a pleasure, but this was above and beyond. Just think your own private room to watch the fireworks absolutely fire. I can't say enough good things about the hotel, about the hospitality we received from Chelsea, about the positive attitude. We experienced the entire time we were here... I know that Disneyland is the happiest place on earth but if you want to experience a fantastic hotel and elevate that experience, I would absolutely stay at the element. Not only is it clean, child and pet friendly, accommodations are top-tier. The bed one of the most comfortable I've had in a while and we travel a little too much if you ask me. Very clean hotel! I loved the room layout of our family suite. It had a kitchen, 2 TV's, bunk beds + a very sleek design! it's a quick walk to Disney and the staff was pleasant enough. My only gripe is the pool is sooo small. No jacuzzi either but the outdoor showers were hot, so that was a nice way to warm up after getting out. I would absolutely stay here again, I think it has one of the best designed rooms of any hotel! The lobby is spacious, lots of places to sit and relax. This is our second time staying at this hotel Location to use for my daughter's birthday weekend. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing due to the cleanliness of our room and the way our concerns were handled. After spending a long day at Disneyland on Friday, we returned to the hotel exhausted and ready to rest for the night. I put my daughter into her bed first, which appeared fine. However, when my husband and I pulled back the blankets on our bed, we found it covered in food crumbs from the previous guest. It was very obvious that the housekeeping staff had not properly checked or cleaned the bedding and had simply remade the bed. In addition, the kitchenette countertops were also dirty. Thankfully, I always travel with Clorox disinfecting spray so I was able to clean the surfaces myself, but that should not be necessary when staying at a hotel of this standard. I called the front desk around 10 PM to report the issue and explain what we had experienced, but the staff member I spoke with seemed unapologetic and showed very little concern regarding the situation. Maybe if i was one of those disney influencers, they would've been more attentive. I took pictures, which doesn't really do it justice. You could see clearly some bacon bits, but the crumbs were heavily loaded in the bed. It took us a while to swipe everything off. The next day, we headed off to Disneyland in the morning. As it was my daughter's 7th birthday. After spending about eight hours at the parks, we decided to return to the hotel to change clothes, rest for a bit, and then head back out for the evening. When we entered our room, housekeeping still had not serviced it. As soon as we closed the door, housekeeping knocked around 5 PM. We took that opportunity to head downstairs and give them a chance to properly clean the room and change the bedding as we had specifically requested the night before. However, when we returned, it became clear that the sheets had still not been changed. Before leaving the room, we intentionally left a candy wrapper at the bottom of the bed to confirm whether the bedding had actually been replaced, and the wrapper was still there. That was extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable, especially after already bringing the cleanliness issue to the hotel's attention the night before. After a full day at Disneyland, the last thing we expected was to deal with an unclean room and an unsympathetic response from staff. I understand that mistakes can happen, but cleanliness and customer service should be a priority, especially for returning guests. Unfortunately, this experience left us disappointed. read more

This is a great place to stay, even for those with large families. I have a family of 6 so our options are limited, without having to book two connecting rooms. This hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the Disneyland Resort. If you'd like, the bus stop is just out front (on the Main Street), or ride-shares can pick you up here too. They have a small market, downstairs, that has essentials. In the morning, they offer a free hot breakfast that is quite reasonable. They offer eggs, sausage, waffles or pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, fruit and yogurt. The only downside was the thin walls/ceiling. We could hear the neighboring rooms as they closed doors or ran around. It was a very clean and tidy hotel. We would consider this, for our future trips. read more

1 star because I can't do less. This place doesn't care about basic sanitation. We dealt with cold water and almost no water pressure for two days, then lost water completely, no showers, no sinks, no toilets- for the entire hotel. They posted a paper sign by the elevator saying they wont have hot water for a day (After a day of cold water ) What made it worse was management's response. They made no effort to help us find alternative accommodations, or get access to a bathroom. There was no manager for 3 days and they were 'instructed' to comp parking and offer reward points, as if that somehow makes up for being unable to use a toilet. They finally offered the managers name and email when we checked out. Avoid this place! read more

Nice hotel in a decent location if doing Disneyland, though not really walk to the park convenient. Parking is expensive and not enough of it, so if you return late be prepared to not find a spot. The front desk staff has been terrible on two occasions. Checking in, no acknowledgement of my Bonvoy status. I respect they have a tough job, but that doesn't make it ok to be rude and not do your job. I have noticed Element hotels don't seem to care about Bonvoy status in general so I don't push for a room upgrade but I do expect the room I booked to be clean, which it was not. The breakfast area is wonderful, the food mediocre. There is EV charging if you can get one and if the one you get works. Don't roll in out of juice with an expectation, and if later, that expectation applies to your $38 getting you a parking spot in general. It all adds up to a place I'll never stay again. If you have any expectations of friendly, helpful staff or care for the customer, look elsewhere. I don't hold the lower tier Marriott properties to high standards, but this one didn't clear the low bar. read more

You have to pay for parking but they don't have enough parking for the amount of people that stay here. I requested an early check in but I got a late check in, also if you plan on sleeping in forget about it, everyone staying here has kids and are constantly running down the hallway and up stairs. we've stayed here multiple times and decided to stay here again this year. Location wise it's so near Disney downtown. We love walking there when it gets dark to watch fireworks. The times we've stayed here we didn't go to Disney actually but did other LA Anaheim stuff around town. We love this location for its vast and clean breakfast as well. And this time it was no different. Great breakfast selections event when we came down at 9 and it will end in 30mins. They were refilling as fast as they could bc there were so many people staying here. Breakfast tacos and waffles were a hit but I personally liked their crispy tator tots and oatmeal today. Super fresh. Only issue with this year's stay is that we actually got an email to pay a bit more to upgrade our queen room. So ofc we did to get a bigger room but when we checked in and went up to our room we found out yes it's huge but it was a handicap room plus it's next to the freeway on the 4th floor. Don't request those unless you want a lot of zooming car traffic noise. Wow the minute we got in we heard it even with the shutters closed. Plus altho it's nice the handicap room has a tub not the modern shower bathroom that we like so we called down for a room change Oddly at the same time another family was trying to come into the room vigorously lol I opened the door and they were surprised someone was in there. They gave them a wrong room :/ We told them we are leaving anyways lol So our new room is a tad smaller but it's a bigger 2 queen with pullout 2 room which is exactly what we asked and paid for. So that was nice. The thing is the shower door doesn't close properly or the floor isn't leveled so it floods the bathroom to the toilet after the shower lol but we were only staying a night anyways. Love that they gave 6 towels so the kids used that well after swimming in the morning too. Beds were comfty. Kitchen amenities were there Dishwasher was loud but all in all not a bad stay. Wasn't as great as years before with the smaller rooms BUT wasn't bad either just some glitches Most likely will come here again if we ever want to be in Anaheim. It's quiet and a nice hotel. Smells great. Clean. Has tea out for you next to checkin. Lots of kids stay here for Disney fyi but all in all a good place read more

My family had a great stay here this weekend. This was our second stay here but the first the first time was a couple of years ago. I do not recall the service being so amazing here or I would not have stayed away so long. My needs were well met even before my trip started. I called and spoke with Rene the day before our arrival. I wanted to make sure that my family would have a place to change into our park clothes after driving in early morning from Vegas if our room was not available. He assured me that my family would be able to use the lobby restrooms and even have breakfast before heading to the parks. We did exactly that once we arrived. Halfway through our park day we walked back to the hotel to check into our room which is where I was warmly greeted by Jeremy. This guy is such a light and it was a pleasure being helped by him all weekend. Jeremy quickly provided us with keys to the room and gave us a run down of the hotel amenities, and answered all of our questions. It was great retuning from the parks each evening and seeing him. Without fail he excitedly greeted us each night and asked us about our day. He would always finish the conversation asking if there was anything he could do for us and I thought that was great. He genuinely seemed excited to help us and ensure that our stay here met our expectations and it did. Thank you Jeremy!! The room was spacious and clean and when I requested extra towels they were brought up to the room immediately. Breakfast was hot and fresh once the doors opened each morning. The selection of food and drinks was very good. Like I said my family had an amazing stay here, we cannot wait to return. read more

This place I will admit is beautiful. The showers are like rain fall, the beds super comfy and the kitchen with a sofa were all great bonuses as well. The bad. We did have an issue where we had to try to get an extra charge removed and spent almost two hours doing so which was frustrating since we had just gotten there. A gentleman named "Nico" at the Element ended up stepping in and helping us. So we were grateful for that. Also this place is an 18 minute walk to Disneyland so not very close and after a long day at the park, you might not want to do the walk. Also, the price is steep. It's $300 a day for the room and up to $35 a day for parking. The breakfast is very good if that is something that helps the decision making process. We wouldn't mind staying here again. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel for a work trip with my team to Disneyland. I think it's a great option for a business trip, and I would also stay here if I were to do a Disney trip for personal travel. The hotel has continental breakfast in the mornings with the standard offerings: eggs, sausage, oatmeal with various toppings, yogurt with various toppings, fruit, cereal, toast and bagels, etc. A variety of juice, coffee, and tea offerings are available as well. Great option if you are traveling with family and want to save money on breakfast! My hotel room with a king bed was large, and definitely too big for a single traveler. I had the king bed, a kitchen (including sink, stove, microwave, toaster, dish washer, etc) as well as a couch and bunk beds. This would be a great option for a family traveling with children! The hotel is clean. There is a little store in the lobby with snacks and drinks for purchase. Gym is available. There is also a shuttle to the parks that runs every 20-30min. You could walk to the parks from this hotel if you really wanted to, but I would definitely Uber or shuttle in. read more

We had our family of 6 in a family suite and we overall liked it. Breakfast was great and the kitchenette was impressive. The beds were fine for us and the kids loved the bunk beds. The things I would take note of are as follows: 1. Wish the bathrooms had a stool for the little kids. 2. We had a room at the front side of hotel and the first night was rough noise wise. However they have earplugs and the next night we were fine. Next time I'll be ready. 3. Not a bad walk. We have four kids 10 and under and it was fine. Overall we'd stay again and we have stayed at many hotels in the area including the Disney ones. With 6 of us it was a great value. read more

I was so impressed with this hotel. The morning I arrived there were 2 men at the front desk on duty. The one that checked me in was a lot helpful and friendlier than the first one I approached to ask a question. Walking into the standard room I was shock with the size, amenities in the room and bathroom. I was expecting the worst when I saw the shampoo was a 2 in 1 but it's actually good. The breakfast wasn't just a standard and basic breakfast. I enjoyed their sweet fruits, tater tots and eggs. The walk to Disneyland wasn't too long. Walking back to the hotel was a struggle since we were super tired but it wasn't that bad after closing the park. We didn't feel unsafe walking back or through the parking lot. There was a morning where some bigger kids were in the hallway playing softball. We could hear the ball bouncing off the walls and windows. Title: Extremely Disappointing Stay - Room Changes, Broken Promises, and Safety Concern I'm a Marriott Gold member and stayed at Element Anaheim July 23-27, 2025. We booked with points and expected a relaxing trip with family, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. We were told (via app and chat) that we had an upgraded room and would be placed across from our family. When we arrived, we were told the upgrade was a corporate error, our room had been given away, and we weren't near our family. We ended up being moved to three different rooms in four nights, including having to leave Disneyland midway through a day and pay for an Uber to return just to pack and move again. Staff promised we wouldn't have to move more than once--and still went back on that. Then, on Friday night, a man came to our door aggressively ringing and knocking, demanding to be let in. He had entered another guest's room and frightened several of us. No one followed up. My daughter, who already struggles with anxiety, was left shaken. The only compensation we received was one night of free parking. Marriott is supposed to be about reliability. We received anything but. I would not recommend this property, especially if you are traveling with family or using your points expecting a smooth experience. read more

OMGosh! I absolutely love this hotel! It's so nice! I called because I had bought tickets to Disneyland and I paid for the hotel for two days. One of my kids wasn't feeling that great so I did not make it to the hotel the first day. I called and Victor made sure I would not loose my reservation. He was very meticulous and let me know who he would hand my room keys to and said he would see me the next night after I got back from Disneyland. Disneyland is so close that you can walk to the Park in 20 minutes from the hotel. However I decided to uber it. It was going to be 45 degrees that night so I did not feel like freezing or walking after walking for 16 hours at Disneyland. As we walked in the hotel Victor smiled and said Welcome JoAnna did you have a good time at Disneyland? Boy I'll say I did. I got to spend the whole day at the funnest park with my Granddaughter! We went up to our rooms on the same floor as all our other family members that were there. In order to go to the rooms you have to have a key card or the elevator won't go. It's added protection. The hotel is full of people from all ages and nationalities. It is a family hotel with kids of all ages. Single guys and gals are there as well as the older generation. They have so much Disney figurines that you'd think you were staying at one of the Disney resorts. It's decorated beautifully with Christmas ornaments. The work out room is large and well maintained. It has towels, wipes to clean off the machines after you work out on them. It has weights, treadmills with iFIT type hardware on them to enjoy your walking or running on the treadmill. I jumped on the stair climber which is a great work out , then used the weights. The rooms are great. Very clean with hair dryers and every room has a kitchen with silverware, plates, pots and pans. A refrigerator and stove. In our room we had 2 queen beds and another room within our room were bunk beds and a couch. It had 2 TV sets. In the shower it had body wash and shampoo & conditioner built in so you could not steal them. They were high quality too. The shower has a wonderful shower head but you also have a shower head that you can take off to spray yourself all over. The beds were so awesome! They weren't too hard, not too soft but like Goldie Locks says "they were just right". Their FREE continental breakfast is great! You can have eggs, cereal, bacon, toast, tater tots, or eggs or French toast and bagels, fruit. So many choices for food. The drinks are many juices but I loved their orange and apple juice. All in all I loved this hotel and will use it again! The money they charge for a room is very very affordable. They have a laundry room which has multiple machines. Had an excellent stay at Element Anaheim. We stayed one night and arrived early in the morning to park before heading to Disneyland so that we would avoid the expensive Disney parking. Darah helped us and was lovely. We were invited to enjoy breakfast which was nice considering we were just checking in that day. The hotel was an easy walk to the park. When our room was ready earlier than the promised check in time, they called to let us know. We returned to our room to unpack and freshen up before dinner and saw that we had been upgraded which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and tasty. I would likely stay here again for a Disney trip. My only quibble is that I was charged ATID assessment, TOT tax, and CA assessment on my parking fees which hasn't happened at other properties (I used bonvoy points for the room). Since I was only parking 2 cars for 1 night it wasn't a huge deal but it might have added up for a longer trip. read more

I stayed here for an overnight prior to the Disneyland Half Marathon. Check-in was a breeze. We requested early check-in and were granted one at 2pm. Jeremy checked us in, and what a kind, friendly energy he provided. He made sure the check-in process was seamless and we were taken care of. Oh my, we had - what Jeremy said - the best room on property. We got top floor, and the kids suite, which was basically a studio. Two bunk beds, a couch, and a TV on one side, a kitchen in the middle, a bathroom in the hall, and a king-size bed with a wardrobe, desk, and huge TV. SO MUCH ROOM FOR ACTIVITIES! Shower door was weird, but other than that, standard bathroom. SUPER spacious. Body wash was out; it needed a refill. Bed was comft. Pillows were way too soft -- so if you like firmer pillows, be sure to bring your own. You're able to log into your Internet TV accounts like YouTube and Netflix. Kitchen had a fridge, dishwasher, sink, induction stove, microwave, plates... the essentials. I didn't check if they had actual pans, or what not in the room. But, I told my wife I might move in here - it was hooked up! Our view was great for me because it was the start of the half marathon line! So cool! Overall, truly enjoyed my stay! We were very satisfied with our stay! Check-in was a breeze and the gentleman at the front desk was super helpful. All of the staff was friendly during our stay. Our room was clean and the amenities were great! I love the details for sure. The kitchenette has two burners, a spatula, utensils, plates, knives, cutting board, pots and pans, and even salt and pepper! They even have glass tupperwares in 3 different sizes. There's also a mini dishwasher, a microwave, and a mini fridge. The freezer in fridge is very small, but you can probably fit a standard box of ice cream lol. The best part- there's filter water in the rooms! They even provide a carafe for you to fill the water in. The cups were SO cute. They have 4 pretty mugs and 4 small stemless wine glasses, which were adorable. The shower was great, water turned warm very quickly, and the pressure was good. I really liked the engineering of the shower too, as the shower head is on the opposite end of the shower handle, which just makes sense to me. Lol. Another great feature is the bathroom sliding door. It pauses and closes gently so that you're not slamming the door. The window had two different curtains, where one is solid for a blackout and also one that is sheer, where you'll get coverage, but you still get some sunlight. Depending on what level your room is, it is possible to hear the guests above you. On our last night, we did hear a lot of stomping and coughing. Luckily it was on our last night / morning only. Otherwise, it is a bit annoying to hear when you're trying to sleep. Breakfast wasn't too bad at all and seems pretty healthy. Fruits, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, toast, muffins, scones, turkey bacon / turkey sausage, potatoes, crepes, quiche, scrambled eggs (egg white option too), juice, milk, and coffee. Buffet style, and they'll refill constantly until breakfast period is over. The eating area is super spacious and modern. They also offer high chairs for the LOs. The lobby is very spacious as well and seems very laid back. They started decorating for Christmas and everything is Disney / Mickey theme, which is super cute. Self-parking $22/night. This place was great for me and my family. We got the room which was almost like a 1 bedroom apartment. Had stove cooking utensil and big fridge and living room. Had a separate bedroom with 2 queen beds nice and clean. About 5 minutes from Disneyland and Uber cost one way was only around $6. One way. Which was great cause we would start early and come back to the room around 4 o'clock and let kids rest while we cooked a quick meal which my kids enjoyed better then quick food at Disneyland. We did 4 nights here as we did 3 days at Disneyland. On the last day we took our break and let the kids enjoy the nice pool while we grilled some burgers on the bbq grill!! Unfortunately, we had some issues during our stay that have made us consider ever coming back. 1. If you have allergies or are sensitive to fragrances, this is not the place. When you enter the lobby there is the strongest chemical smell. Don't know what it is but even my husband who has a bad sense of smell could smell it. It lingered into our room (1st floor) and I could still smell it in the wardrobe closer. 2. Our bed sunk as soon as my husband laid on it. The bed was clearly uneven while he slept lol. 3. If you want to stream anything outside of Netflix, you can't. Their TVs will not install any other streaming app. Wish I knew this before booking. 4. Not a huge thing but when we checked in I asked if the pool was heated as we wanted to take advantage of the pool in the evening. The front desk guy said it was heated but when we came outside it was freezing. It happened to be a windy day but it was still pretty cold especially with the freeway being right over it. 5. There's not a huge hospitality feel here. We've stayed at some other great hotels that seem to care about making your experience great. When checking in I asked if we could be moved to a higher floor and the guy said "no, there's nothing else as this weekend is pretty full". And when I called about setting up our streaming app, front desk guy said "no the tvs don't have that ability". There's no "sorry ma'am we wish we could help" or an apologetic reaction. Felt like "oh we'll take it or leave it" here. Aside from this we did enjoy the underground parking which felt like a safer option for our car and the free coffee/ tea in the lobby. Great vibes when you first pull up, just the room was dusty on places easy to clean. Front staff didn't seem to knowledgeable. Rusty screw head exposed on the shower door... probably first hotel i been in without the complimentary disposable shower cap which was annoying, i had forgotten mines. There was hairs on the bed and something sus on the floor. I wouldn't stay there again. Breakfast was nice though. read more

First let me say Thank you Jeremy for making our stay magical! We had the pleasure of having Jeremy check us in when we go to Element and we told him how we were surprising our son with Disney the next day and that it was our anniversary. Jeremy went above and beyond and upgraded us to a king/bunk bed suite and surprised our son with a Disney balloon and some candy when we finally told him. And for that alone we'll come back for the amazing service. But even if we hadn't met Jeremy, the room would have brought us back. The rooms were so nice and comfortable. We were down the street from Disney making it that much more convenient. We also really liked the breakfast that was included. read more

Element Anaheim Resort Convention Center - Hotels Near Me - Anaheim, California

It's official - Element hotels may be my favorite hotels by far. We've stayed at a couple in other places and Anaheims did not disappoint. The rooms are spacious, I like having a mini kitchen area (though we didn't use it at all on this trip), and who can beat a solid breakfast! We stayed 4 nights, each morning was something different - pancakes, waffles, crepes, breakfast tacos - easy to either grab and go or sit and savor. Our room was very comfortable, great beds and pillows, and very clean. Extra perk of this location is that it's an easy walk to the parks! read more

This place is a scam. Canceled a reservation the same day I booked it and they didn't not actually cancel it. Imagine my surprise when 7 month later when I'm getting a request to upgrade my room I no longer have. Called and told them it was already cancelled and the rude women on the phone was zero help saying they would need to charge my full $2000 + room. Yeah not going to happen. They never ended up taking the room funds because again cancelled the same day I booked it. Beware of them. The Hilton Homewood suites is a lot nicer with better breakfast and close to the Toy Story parking lot shuttles so just go there. Will never book here again read more

Like many hotels, Element has dropped down to every other day room cleaning unless you request 24 hours in advance (my LEAST favorite COVID carryover). As we have two kids and our room gets messy quickly, we requested cleaning for the next day. I called the front desk before we left for the day to ensure this would happen and they confirmed the room would be cleaned. Unfortunately it wasn't cleaned. We tried again the second day and to my surprise when we got back at 4pm, they again didn't clean our room. I called to ask what happened and all they said is that they would call housekeeping. We haven't yet heard back -I'm sure they are blowing us off. The rooms themselves are pretty nice and new, but both of our remotes didn't work and when we called they replaced one of them with another that didn't work. We did like the "relax" happy hour, but they are pretty concerned with making sure people don't get very much of the snacks and drinks. I found that to be tacky, but maybe they've had people take advantage or something. It is easy to get to and from Disneyland by Lyft which was nice. Our kids also liked the included breakfast. All in all I wouldn't come back to this hotel -as we liked to have our room cleaned at some point during our stay. read more

Stayed here for Disney on the first night! It's a great hotel! It is off the strip butttt BUT it is way closer then you would think. The hotel is clean and decorated for Christmas it was super cute! They have plenty of parking but there is no valet it seems like and they do charge $22 for parking. Our rooms were spacious. The hotel crew is nice. Only complaint is. In our room we could not find the tv remote anywhere. I called for assistance and was put on hold then eventually gave up with no help. Also our AC wasn't working properly either. But otherwise. I do like this hotel. I would stay again and I recommend to my fellow yelpers. read more

Not gonna lie, I wasn't expecting too much from this place but I was thoroughly surprised. The cheapest room happens to be a suite that includes a king sized bed as well as a pull out couch and a bunk bed. Each side of the room has its own TV, it also comes with a sink, stovetop, microwave and a fridge. The breakfast buffet had some decent selections but for it to be included in the accommodations it wasn't too bad; they had more healthier options in comparison to most hotel breakfast such as egg whites and spinach omelette cups. In terms of transportation to Disney parks the ART shuttle bus is conveniently just outside of the hotel. There's a very tiny indicator of where the bus stop is but if you just stand by the yellow fire hydrant, the bus stops stops there. If you look at the app there's a live tracker for its location; this would be the Clementine route and it goes around roughly every 20-30 mins read more
