My son, who is autistic, has some sensory issues and has anxiety about the sounds at a dentist office, but was very comfortable and didn't have an issue at all, even with getting a cavity filled. Dr Kastl is not only very professional, but also kind enough to follow up and call to check on him the next day to make sure he was ok. Their rates are very reasonable compared to what we have been paying in the Phoenix/Scottsdale market. I highly recommend Dr Kastl to anyone looking for a great dentist who truly cares about his patients.

I have pacemaker which has bein me 4 yrs. this dentist wanted forms filled out by my cardiologist for simple repair on chip tooth. my cardiologist said ridiculous find different dentist. this office is part of a chain. similar to McDonald's. they might do simple things or refer you to another one of their offices. The dentists here are employees it's not their private practice. Dentists come & go. if you like small crowed situation with a feeling they dont know for sure what they're doing, this is the place. Just received nasty email from this dental office owner, a corporation, telling me go somewhere else if I didn't protect this corporation from liability treating patients they choose. If you want corporation treating you this is definitely your place. Otherwise stay away from this alleged dental office.

I have never before had such a through, professional experience. Dr Flowers came in and gave a very through exam, explaining things with pictures of my teeth with problems. He will be sitting down with me soon, to go over a plan to take care of the priority items, and least priority items. His office is quite impressive, as he has all the very latest equipment. I was not impressed with any of them. Dr. Flowers was friendly during my exam, but when I came back for fillings, he was all business. Went right to work giving me shots without a greeting. The procedure took a VERY long time. He never checked in with me to see if I was alright. My head was practically on the floor with my feet in the air. Water was sprayed all over my face and dripping off. I was highly uncomfortable and in a lot of pain. Left with heavily bleeding, swollen gums. I went home and took my strongest pain reliever....I've never had to do that before and I've had a lot of work done in my mouth. I will not be returning. Even if you live in Laveen, I recommend traveling to a dentist that will make sure you are as comfortable as possible.

He listened & addressed our concerns & gave us both treatment plans outlining what care was needed & what our copayments would be. His staff are completely supportive in needs. Sam & Valerie were both amazing providing excellent customer service, making sure we were always informed of what they were doing, assessing our comfort level & making the appointment stress free.
