Attn: Anthem Residents and others in general area, My wife…read moreand I have had the pleasure to have discovered this awesome Dentist Practice after a number of dismal experiences with other dentists in Anthem. I have recently had a total restoration with Dr. Williams and have regular oral hygienics with their firm. Sarah was wonderful at my last visit. There is also Dr. Stevenson who is wonderful with my family. Office Manager "Christine" is new and quite capable in "running the office" and handling our account, billing issues. We do not always refer companies unless they have a "proven track record" and this company qualifies. Thank you to Anthem Dentistry for all your assistance. Sincerely, Dave and Dianna M

I moved to Arizona in the summer 2017. Searching for dentist found this place. Initial experience…read morewas awful. The company satisfied my request for compensation. My husband continued going there and told me that dentist who worked on me is no longer there, same with his assistant who I really felt uncomfortable with due to her unsteady hands. Although I liked my new dentist, thought I would give them another chance. Took me a couple years to feel comfortable going back there, and so happy I did. Both dentists Dr. Williams and Dr. Stevenson are excellent dentists. The staff are very professional too. My hygienist was superior, cleaning my gums and stains leaving my smile looking fresher than ever before. Not sure how she did that. Bottom line, anthem dentistry has improved tremendously and I am grateful for their wonderful service. Only thing that would make them perfect is if they had in office machine that made crowns instead of waiting a couple weeks. I would definitely recommend anthem dentistry in anthem off anthem way. Excellent service!!

Our insurance recommended Dental Care of Anthem Crossroads as a preferred provider so we called & were able to get in within a couple days. Samuel B Ramirez, DMD was absolutely amazing. He listened & addressed our concerns & gave us both treatment plans outlining what care was needed & what our copayments would be. His staff are completely supportive in needs. Sam & Valerie were both amazing providing excellent customer service, making sure we were always informed of what they were doing, assessing our comfort level & making the appointment stress free. On a side note I'm terrified of the dentist thanks to childhood trauma and they truly made sure my experience was stress free. Yes, we're going back to have the recommended treatment completed. Thank you Dental Care of Anthem Crossroads for making this unexpected visit a pleasant experience.

The level of respect and quality of care here is absolutely the highest in the area. Don't make the mistake I did by going somewhere else. Go see Dr Kayat and her team. I have never looked forward to seeing a dentist before, but I look forward to learning each of these staff members names and continuing to do business here in the future. That is something you are not going to find anywhere else.

I trying to be as fair and level headed as possible here but gosh this was a terrible experience…read more I really wanted to like this dentist, because it's very close me, insurance accepted & I even took my 10 month old (he has a lot of teeth very quickly) there because I wanted to make sure I did everything right so he would have better teeth than I have now. Which leads me to my visit. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed (4 weeks prior) and was still experiencing some cold and sweet sensitivity but it was getting better, still wanted to make sure everything was okay. They did X-rays of the bottom teeth. She said I needed a root canal and a crown. Which threw me a bit because I actually just had these teeth xrayed about 6 weeks prior and another out of network dentist said I had no issues with the teeth and it must be my wisdom teeth. I was confused how a new problem could have occurred that quickly. I really thought perhaps I am just still healing from the wisdom teeth and have an exposed nerve. That's all fine to have differing opinions from different dentists though. But Then she just looked at my teeth and started railing off other cavities I had. She reminded me of my poor dental health and asked if I had a sweet tooth. Now I have had dental issues in the past but I am a twice daily brusher, not the best flosser but definitely try and take care of them. She kept reminding me of my downfalls over and over again. I felt like some of these cavities could be reversed. And she never did an xray of the top just looked at it and scraped my teeth. Annoying but I knew I would just go to another dentist and get another opinion. BUT THEN I came straight home looked in the mirror and saw my front tooth had been chipped slightly in the front. I called in a panic (and my apologies and respect to the front desk cause she was a saint for dealing with me and very good at her job). The dentist told her I had already had the chip and denied doing it. I wasn't looking at my teeth closely when I got home... I just washed my hands, smiled and there it was. I resent her for not just owning that it had happened in the moment. I really would have been understanding cause it's not that hard of a fix. Just filing my tooth down really but it made me feel so robbed and gave me the ick to say the least. I am in health care and specifically a nurse in the ER so I get giving bad news or treating someone in pain can be hard on the professional. Lots of time they are blamed when really it's just a bad situation and not their fault. I will say it was hard for me hearing all the problems but the downfall of events to follow are the reason for this post. Im really disgusted by experience and I just hope I am a one off moment for her. On yelp she has great reviews but on my health insurance app they are BAD. Super bad. I thought these people weren't being fair but maybe they are.
