First time going there to have an infected tooth removed. Never received any meds for pain. Three days later still in pain. No answer left message on emergency # no call back. No one even called the day after the surgery. Nine days later still in pain .Gave another call was told the pain should start going away. I needed a crown for a molar which had broken below the gum line. Dr. Holly's team squeezed me in the next day for an appointment. I was seen promptly at 7 am and was out of the chair with a new, beautifully matched and fitted crown by 9 am. Since I am unable to write a review that isn't first reviewed or edited by Dr. Wolf and his team, I'm left with Yelp. To start, we scheduled our appointments and I was very impressed that Dr. Wolf reached out personally to call and welcome our family to his practice. My husband took the kids to Dr. Wolf for a second opinion, and Dr. Wolf, without actually examining the kids, told my husband he "doesn't do that (in depth dental work)". He only does basic dental care and simple fillings. Ok. No problem. When I met the doctor a few weeks later, he was very condescending and confrontational, when I didn't understand the message as relayed by my husband. He was aggressive and almost... Creepy, in his absolute following of the "customer service for dummies" checklist for good reviews. Coming across as caring about nothing more than checking the boxes, while having bedside (chair side?) manner that makes the hair on your neck stand up. I was asked to make a video testimonial to my "excellent experience" then and there, and have been inundated with requests to refer more patients. Not. Big deal, but to such an extent that it's definitely odd. On my next visit, we completed a filling repair, that went fine. Almost painless, and he paid close attention to my comfort level. However, when he finished, my tooth didn't feel right, and when we requested he come back in to check it,he was none too pleased. This is not a man who appreciates anyone questioning his "perfection". I was again left feeling uncomfortable. The final straw: my husband required dental work and a night guard. We were quoted a price and he went for his appointment. We have a dental discount plan and once they applied this, my husband noted that De. Wolf had increased the price of services to accommodate the discount, which made Dr. Wolf more expensive than using a dentist (we actually like) who doesn't take our plan. My husband asked him why he would increase the price from what we were quoted, and if he would work with us to keep our business and De. Wolf was a flat out jerk. It's a very long story, but bottom line is, you shouldn't make your patients feel uncomfortable, increase your prices when they have insurance/discount plans, and definitely shouldn't be rude and short tempered when someone's dental work isn't quite right. He is not a nice person, and only cares about getting people in the door. He is very limited in his actual dental skills, and very defensive and rude when you ask simple questions as a consumer. We give one star because his assistant Barbara and hygienist Audrey are wonderful. read more

Dr. Frank Wolf delivers what he promises. On time appointments (he is respectful of your time) and painless dentistry. State of the art equipment, caring staff, and oh so Painless. Today I had a lengthly procedure done and experienced no pain whatsoever. I went to work afterward and expected some discomfort, but, much to my surprise, no pain of discomfort at all. I have had dentists in the past that make you wait 30-40 minutes in the waiting room, and then seemingly rush you through a procedure. But, Dr. Wolf takes time to explain what needs to be done, how long it will take and how much it will cost. I am extremely satisfied with his manner and approach to dentistry. No waiting, compassionate care, and quality dentistry. I would highly recommend Dr. Wolf to anyone looking for a GREAT dentist. read more

Dr. Wolf and Majestic Dentistry is in it for the money and that is all. The staff is scripted in their interaction, they ask intrusive questions that they use later when they need to distract you from an issue. They ASK you if you want to know what is going to happen but there is really no reason for their asking as they don't bother to do it. My entire family had a cleaning, upcharges in screenings and an indepth tooth health and had better cleanings with an apple then what their hygentist will do. As requested, I wrote EXTENSIVELY about our dental experience before coming into Mr. Wolf's office but it was quickly dismissed when I brought it up. Each time we came in, it got worse and worse. Mr. Wolf had no patience with children nor people who have a fear of Dentists. My son had never had such painful x-rays taken and when he expressed it to Mr. Wolf, he said that he should expect a level of discomfort, please. Mr. Wolf asked that if we EVER had a problem, we should tell him directly. I did exactly that and was called into his office where we were told that 'he might not be a good fit' for our son who was NUMBED up and stressed out because Mr. Wolf made it that uncomfortable. Mr. Wolf needs to take a class in chariside manners and understand that the constant TAPPING of his feet resonates thru the chair and instruments. The adult humor used in front of my children was unacceptable and unprofessional at best. After discussion with Mr. Wolf and his office manager/wife about what would and wouldn't be covered by DELTA Dental and her trying to explain an EOB to me, we walked out. We recieved three certified letters saying we were being discharged from Mr. Wolf's care and they would be happy to send our records anywhere but there. Ironic though, as when I called DELTA Dental and asked whom to make comment about Mr. Wolf to, they suggested a letter to the Dental Board of Examiners, which has no time limit to do. Additionally, DELTA Dental informed me that they had paid Mr. Wolf's office and I was due just shy of $100.00 in overpayment. Odd that information was never shared with me by the office staff, nor Mr. Wolf. Don't even start a nightmare that you will wind up walking out on. Pathetic, truly pathetic. read more
