This is one of our favorite elements in the area. Conveniently located near the freeway and eateries to get a quick bite. Service is always friendly and the entire facility is super clean. Beautiful decor and asthetic

This has been my go to hotel when I'm in the area for the last few years. It's newer than some in the area, clean, service from the front desk to housekeeping have been amazing. I have higher status on Bonvoy so I always get acknowledged for it and upgraded upon check in. Some of the workers actually remember me as I stay here for work, our office is a few blocks away or a quick 3mins drive or I stay here for personal trips too. They have a daily breakfast served. I'm a simple breakfast person so the spread they have is more than sufficient for me. We have tried the bar and although not a huge variety, they have the gin I like and other bars in the area does not. The bartender who's here in the evenings alway know how to make our drinks. Never any issues. Rooms are spacious and clean. Will continue to come back. Vy is the sales manager and is so attentive and makes sure I'm taken care of. Myra is everywhere. She's helping with the front desk check in and then the next day, I saw her with the breakfast set up. Still with a smile and hard working.

I've stayed here a few times and I really do enjoy this hotel. The rooms are always clean, and the hotel has good amenities. The gym is pretty good, and the pool area is nice with towels, seating, restrooms, and a grill. The free breakfast is very good. Bagels to toast, hot foods like eggs and sausages, yogurt bar, cereal, and juices/coffee.

I absolutely love this hotel and always opt to stay here! There's so many positives. Also, I am so happy I can take my dogs with me, and there's no pet fee! This is a major plus and always wins me over when booking a hotel in the Bay Area. It's just so convenient, parking is pretty abundant, and there's free breakfast! You can't go wrong. The rooms feel quite large, with a small kitchenette that includes filtered water, a fridge and a microwave. The room itself just feels super cozy. Staff is also wonderful and incredibly friendly. I stayed here several times, and each has gone without a hitch! Absolutely, here's an expanded and polished version: I absolutely love Element Santa Clara and always choose to stay here! There are so many positives to this wonderful hotel. One of the biggest perks is that I can bring my dogs along, and there's no pet fee! This is a huge plus and always wins me over when booking a hotel in the Bay Area. The convenience factor here is unmatched. Parking is abundant, and there's free breakfast, which is always a treat. You just can't go wrong with these amenities. The rooms are spacious and come with a small kitchenette that includes filtered water, a fridge, and a microwave. The room itself feels super cozy and perfect for winding down after a busy day. The staff at Element Santa Clara are also fantastic. They are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. I've stayed here several times, and each experience has been flawless. The consistency in service and quality is truly commendable. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the Bay Area. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you'll find that everything you need is within reach. From the modern decor to the thoughtful amenities, Element Santa Clara offers an exceptional stay that keeps me coming back time and time again.

PROS: Close to Levi Stadium Upgraded continental breakfast Tall shower heads Lots of parking Starbucks in same parking lot Easy check in Stocked mini store in lobby Elevator requires room key for safety Cappuccino machine in lobby Kitchen in room CONS: Parking is $17 Room temperature was like 80 degrees and I was melting It's loud because the soundproofing is terrible

Hidden gem in the bay! Redeemed my annual free night here after a night out at topgolf which is only 10 minutes away. We didn't have any time to take advantage of the amenities so this review is mainly for the room stay. The room is super spacious with a nice open view of sunset, and there's a lot of food options in the same lot; could easily do a staycation here. They didn't let me do late checkout though even as a gold member so that was a bummer.

Element Santa Clara took the cake for me. Element is one of my favorite hotels to frequent when I travel for business. They have an incredible breakfast. The property is always clean, bright, with excellent staff. Upon check in I was greeted with a warm welcome. I had a wonderful good night rest. The beds are everything. They are two things that make me want to stay at a hotel, the bed and the shower. Both were amazing! I went to breakfast and had the most lovely experience. Alma in the food service breakfast attendant at the Element was incredible. She had over 25 years of hospitality service. She made me feel like a queen. I even got a chance to speak with Kevin the General Manager. Great Day

I stayed here for three nights in January around NYE. **Location** It's located near Great America, Mercado and Levi Stadium. Also nearby Rivermark of Santa Clara for shopping. **Check-In** Check-In right by the door to your left when you walk in. Super easy and friendly front desk. **Accommodations** I've stayed at the Element in Barnaby, BC and enjoy their Westin beds. I stayed in a one bedroom room which had a separate room from the kitchen and living room. The kitchen area and counter was useful during my stay. **Amenities** They had a descent size pool and gym which I did not use during my stay. I did sit outside the fire pit for 20 minutes. Good breakfast, be prepared on game day, it gets busy. On quieter mornings, they were able to fulfill my request for an omelette easily. I was able to get street parking in front of the hotel. **Local Attractions** Rivermark is nearby if you need to pick up some grocery. Of course Levi Stadium is nearby which I would if you travel from out of town for a game.

Pets stay free here! The rooms are all suites, spacious and clean! They have a decent sized pool and jacuzzi and lots of lounging spaces. Parking is $14/night but since it's located in a business park, you can also find lots of other spaces to park around the area. Super close to 101 freeway. The only downside is the walls and floors are thin so you can head all the stomping from above and the planes that fly above. Shower pressure is nice as well, and they have all the items you would need for a kitchenette.

The eggs were clearly box/mix eggs, no mixed fruit or bagels. Staff was fine although no recognition of Hyatt tier status which is a big thing with the Hyatts that I stay at regularly including just two days ago. Parking was pretty easy although $18. A few restaurants we saw while walking around the plaza - Red Robin, Dave's Hot Chicken, Cold Stone Creamery, a pizza place, a Mediterranean restaurant, Chinese restaurant, etc. 2. Front desk was super nice 3. Free buffet breakfast in the morning - scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, pancake, bread for toast, donut hole, cereal, boiled egg, fruit, juice, milk, water, coffee, etc. my son was disappointed there were no bacon. 4. Hyatt house has all the convenience you need if you are staying for a while - microwave, fridge, dishwasher, sink, cups, plates, utensils, pull out couch. Cons: 1. When we pulled out the sofa bed, and my son started unraveling the sheet left there to use, we found a couple of bugs on the sheet. We immediately went downstairs and reported the issue and received a new room. 2. You needed to scan your card to use the elevator. But it took several tries of sliding it in and out before it worked. I'm guessing since this is an older hotel that is why the card reader was having issues. 3. Parking for the hotel is like the general parking for the shopping plaza. Front desk provided me a parking pass to place in my car. There wasn't a parking lot just for hotel guests. Neutral: 1. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but did go check it out. It is towards the back of the hotel, and had an outdoor shower as well with a few lounge chairs. I'm not sure why the front desk told us to use the pool to walk outside and turn right. When you could have walked past the elevator and past the gym and down the corridor towards the back and there was a door to go to the pool that way instead of walking outside.

Unfortunately, due to a disturbing experience and the hotel management's appalling handling of the…read moresituation, actually lack of, I must update my rating of AC Hotel San Jose Santa Clara. If any establishment deserves negative stars, this place would definitely be it! On late Tuesday night/early Wednesday of May 20/21, 2025, I walked in past midnight to book a stay. Unfortunately, AC Hotel was fully booked. Fine. I asked the front desk agent, Roselyn, if I could stay in the lobby to search for another Marriott hotel stay since I am a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite Member. She agreed, but after I used the restroom in the lobby and told her that all of the lavatories needed attention (NONE of the toilets were flushed, GROSS!), she seemed to change her mood. For some odd reason that night, the Marriott site was down and I could not view any available hotel rooms, so had to call Customer Service. I was put on hold for quite some time because all of the hotels in Santa Clara were fully booked. After a few minutes, Roselyn kicked me out of the hotel because "non-guests are not allowed to be in the lobby after a certain time." I asked her to make a special consideration for me because I was stranded and had no hotel room yet. She did not care and insisted that I leave and even fetched the security guard. She knew that I was alone with no place to go. She had no idea if I had transportation to go somewhere in the middle of the night. I felt like a criminal by Roselyn's unfriendly and incompassionate treatment. What extreme inhospitable treatment by someone in the hospitality industry! My experience prompted me to send feedback through the Marriott website and to call the AC Hotel to connect with the Hotel Manager, Fernando... I called on May 24 and Camille told me that Fernando would call me by Monday, the 26th. May 26 - no call from Fernando, so I called again and spoke to Shane who left a second message for Fernando. May 29 - still no call from Fernando, so I called again and left another message with Shane. Sholanda ended up calling me back instead. Not only did Fernando neglect to return my calls, my conversation with Sholanda was extremely disappointing and, frankly, shocking. I am starting to believe that the staff falls short of giving proper satisfactory customer service because management provides poor examples - After I filled Sholanda in on my interaction with Roselyn, she defended her team member by saying, "What kind of special consideration were you expecting? I wasn't there, so I can't say if Roselyn handled the situation inappropriately. Afterall, we do have protocol that non-guests should not be in the lobby after a certain time." I told her that I appreciate the protocol that looks out for the safety of AC guests and staff; however, although I was not a current guest at the time, I am still a Marriott Bonvoy customer and deserved a level of human compassion. When I told Sholanda that I work in the customer service field and found my treatment as unacceptable and offensive, Sholanda asked in what field because she wanted to compare if my expectations of Roselyn were aligned with hospitality. I told her that her inquiry was inappropriate, reminding her that it doesn't matter what field I am in because the goal of customer service is to ensure that clients feel valued and respected. Roselyn did not behave in such fashion. That is the core of the problem. Sholanda did not seem to understand this concept as she seemed more concerned with hearing Roselyn's side of the story. WOW. We ended the conversation with Sholanda telling me that she would have Fernando call me back. It's now the night of June 11 and I have not heard from him. There is definitely something wrong with the team at AC San Jose Santa Clara - AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!

I stayed here while attending a concert at Levi's Stadium and was pleasantly surprised, especially for the value. We had a room with two queen beds that was much more spacious than I expected. It also had a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and cooking area. I didn't use the kitchen since we were only there for the concert, but it would be great for families or a longer stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was probably my biggest surprise. I normally don't expect much from hotel breakfast buffets and try to get there early before everybody's hands have touched everything. They had the usual self-serve items like waffles, breads and fruit, but they also had someone preparing eggs and serving bacon and potatoes. They even had healthier options like quinoa and salad. And the coffee deserves a mention! They had regular hotel coffee plus an espresso machine. If you know me, you know I love my coffee, so that was definitely a plus. I'm not saying run over here just to eat breakfast , but for a complimentary hotel breakfast, it was actually very good and added a lot of value to the stay. Another big plus if you're staying here for an event at Levi's Stadium is the nearby VTA light rail. I wish I had known about that option before our concert! Overall, this was a good value with a spacious room, kitchen, better-than-expected breakfast, good coffee and convenient access to transportation. I would definitely consider staying here again for another event at Levi's Stadium. -- Popcorn Travels

We were given some bottles of water when we checked in. All were great until the toilet stopped working. We were still getting ready so called for it to be looked at. The maintenance person got it to work again and we were able to flush with no issues. We went to the concert, got back, used the toilet and the issue happened again. Luckily no one went #2. There was just not water in the tank at all for both times. I had a late checkout and forgo it as I didn't want to come back to not be able to use the toilet and freshen up before the flight home. A bit frustrating for sure. Whatever the issue is with the toilet and the water tank, hope it's fixed so the next guests do not have the issues I did. We had no issue with sounds from neighbors during our stay. No pounding foot steps over head, no doors slamming all through the night, no blaring TVs, it was so quiet. The room was really nice. There was a lounge chair and foot rest there, unfortunately they were quite worn so we didn't use it. We did use the desk chair a little during our stay. They had a huge fridge and mini microwave. I partook of the hot items, a folded over egg omelet without cheese in the center, potatoes, and 2 sausage links. Over the years I have come to love free hot breakfasts. I used to avoid the eggs like the plague, but now I have embraced it and love their hot breakfasts and fill up on the hot items. They also have a do it yourself waffle iron. I'm tempted, but the last 2 times I tried them I felt ill so I stay away from them. Something about the batter at hotels and I just don't agree. We also partook of their fresh fruit. We split a very juicy and sweet orange and a crisp pear. I wish our house offered a free hotel breakfast. The shower was hot and there was adequate pressure out of the shower head. The shower came with shampoo, a separate conditioner and body wash. I used the body wash and it was great. The bottle was full and just poured out into my washcloth when I took the cap off and squeezed the bottle. There was a bar of soap on the vanity were there was separate sink from the shower room. The room came with 2 floor mats so we had one in front of the sick and another by the tube. The king bed was comfortable and we slept through the night. We both used the gym. I walked on the treadmill and he used the recumbent bike. They also had a pool. We brought our suits, but it was a little cool to take a dip. I highly reccomend this inn to others.

Great property for an overnight stay. I'd say this is one of best looking and up to date best…read morewestern properties I've stayed at recently. Rooms were clean and updated. Complimentary continental breakfast included assorted juices, coffee/teas, pastries, waffles, fruit, cereal, and meat/side items. In close proximity to various restaurants and shopping centers. I would stay here again when visiting the area.
