Both homes are lovely and spacious, and were absolutely spotless! And both properties are beautifully maintained. We had 12 people in Moondance and 5 in Transformation which gave us plenty of room and plenty of privacy. Kara was so helpful and easy to work with from start to finish. We had a few minor maintenance issues and Ed was on top of it and took care of them right away. The pool got a lot of use, as well as both hot tubs. And as if that wasn't enough, having access to Oak Creek was a super bonus! Beautiful spot...be sure to include that in your itinerary! We knew Sedona was a special place and our experiences there confirmed that. The views from the yard were incredible, and we drove just around the corner to get some amazing photos of the full moon rising next to Cathedral Rock. The location is outside of town just enough to be peaceful and quiet, but close enough for runs to the grocery store, etc. We had a wonderful time at Moondance and Transformation, and if we are ever fortunate enough to return to Sedona, this will be our home away from home!

Tucked back far enough for a quiet and private getaway but close enough to walk to the shops if needed. I have stayed at many hotels and I found this simple yet elegant and exactly what my soul needed. The host Jean, was so nice and greeted me even when I arrived late. She was so sweet and helpful. What a blessing it was to sit in the moment and take in the intoxicating beauty of the Sedona cliffs as we enjoyed our wonderful breakfast. After breakfast Jean provided information of all the Vortexes. She gave us directions and other tips which would lead us to more private areas for meditations. I took a hot bath in the jacuzzi tub in my room and it was so nice. Plenty of hot water to fill the deep tub. The bed was extremely comfortable and I am picky about beds! The sheets were good quality and I slept so so good. A true blessing to be here! I can't wait to try the hot tub outside ! Thanks Jean for a excellent stay and weekend. You truly made it special!

The entire home was super clean, linens and towels were soft and plush, and the dishes, cookware, and other supplies were in great supply and good condition. Having the outdoor grill was fabulous as well. You can make a quick bite or craft a gourmet meal in the beautiful kitchen. The Bella Dona is literally a haven of peaceful rest after a day of exploring all of the beauty that Sedona and the rest of Arizona has to offer. Whether you want to relax in the hot tub or just shower off and enjoy spreading out in the living room or on the patio, you will feel the tensions of the day just melt away. They have a lovely chess/checkers/backgammon game board in the living room plus numerous board and card games under the bar if that's your thing. We had one minor mechanical issue while we were there and the staff fixed it while we were out (we granted permission for them to enter). We experienced nothing but fantastic customer service from booking through check-out. They were easy to reach when we had questions and very quick to respond. Each of the staff I encountered were incredibly polite and professional and helped us in every way they could. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at the Sedona Bella Dona!

In February we booked a vacation through AirBnB with Dove Wing Knoll; one of I Love Sedona's properties. 45 days out from our July 2022 reservation we told them that we had no choice but to postpone our trip due to our new home build's closing delay (we are now closing on our house the week we were supposed to be on vacation). They said they would "do us a favor" and allow us to reschedule the trip before August 2022, but there were only a handful of days available in the booking calendar between June and August 31st, and we have children that cannot miss school unless it is during a school break. It was an unrealistic offer and they knew it. We attempted to negotiate with them, asked for a credit for a future stay in lieu of a refund, but NOPE. They are completely unwilling. I asked to speak with someone in senior leadership about our situation and was told I was already speaking to "the highest ranking company representative that speaks with guests."...really? Seems a bit odd. I wonder if the owner, Jim Bizily realizes how pompous that sounds. We are paying them almost 5k and getting NOTHING in return. We tried resolution/mediation with AirBNB customer service, and have opened a claim with BBB. I realize at this point they have gotten away with 5k of our hard earned money, but I will be damned if I don't warn others so they do not make the same mistake we did in booking with this company. It is sad to see the bigger property management/vacation rental companies taking over AirBnB and VRBO and essentially stealing from customers by using their ridiculous policies to take advantage of the customers with good will. We just wanted to change our reservation dates. Damn....we got all this instead.

Listing states there's a pool, no pool. 2 Dead roaches on the floor in one the guest rooms. Cant open refrigerator door enough to get things in our out without bumping your arm. Ice maker doesn't work. Fireplaces out of order. Not enough seating in living room for 6 people. Seating that was available is super uncomfortable. Supposedly sleeps 8 but only 3 beds and very small couch. Hair on floor of the shower. Coffee pods in a jar but only coffee pot in kitchen. Guest bathroom baseboard has mold. Board games available but broken. Hot tub available but temperature adjustment doesn't work. 104 is a bit hot. Dusty blinds. Garbage not emptied. Dirty diaper left. No rules left in the house anywhere and no logins for TV apps. The good points were plenty of nice pillows in beds and linens seemed freshly cleaned. Blackout curtains were nice.
