Called this company at approximately 10:30 AM, they gave me an appointment window (same day!!) for 11AM to 1PM. Tech was here at approximately 12:30 or so and did a complete check on the system, replaced an antique condenser and filled the Freon. He was out of here by 1:15. System works great and the pricing was extremely fair. Eades is my new "go to guy" for my HVAC/plumbing needs. Great job! It was awesome to find a Springfield company that didn't try to screw over seniors.

Ron showed up right on time. Walked me through a couple of options, answered my questions and the job was DONE and paid for in less than 24 hours. Price was very reasonable. He kept coming back to fix it but never got it right. It's now been nearly 2 years of this and I told my husband to pay someone who knows what they're doing. We spent over $700 to have them correct DJ's error. I contacted DJ and his wife in hopes that they'd reimburse me sine it was DJ's poor workmanship causing the bill, I got the run around then was finally told that they'd fix it since it was under warranty. The only way they could fix this would be to reimburse us but they refused. PLEASE pay a little more and save yourself the headache, using DJ will cost you a fortune in the long run We've had huge power bills due to our A/C being low or out of freon and us trying to use it. My parents own an A/C business in another state and had to talk me through finding some of his leaks & errors. I have NO idea what I was doing and could find some of the issues with my parents help so I'm assuming he isn't professionally trained. They were never rude or anything they just don't know what they're doing.

He billed me for the items and I paid for the items but he never delivered them. I requested the owners money back several times and DJ ignored all my calls. I called one last time to say please return the money before I take action. He again did not return my call. DJ is not an honest man and would not trust him to handle any of your repair needs.

I'm STILL having the problem with the valve not staying down after flushing. Meanwhile the water is just running in the tank and I have to physically push it down after taking top off tank (every time)!!!!.
