This place has helped me a lot!! Dr Jimmy moves my neck like not many people can! I have a difficult issue, and not many Chiropractors are skilled enough to move my neck right consistently. I love this place. Dr Ryan and Dr Vince are terrific physicians. I've been a client for 18+ months. My restorative care plan was 9 months (resolving 15 years of pain injury from sports and training). This place gave me the strangest car sales vibes. They wanted me to commit to a few thousand dollars adjustment package and refused to do single adjustments as needed. I'm a healthy mid 30s yoga teacher and have been seeing a chiropractor occasionally for the last 15 years. I can usually pinpoint where I'm out of alignment and am not in chronic pain. The scare tactics, required ancillary treatments, refusal to work with what my insurance would cover, and refusing to adjust me on the first visit all set off alarms that had me looking elsewhere. Doctors seem really knowledgeable and the office is clean and convenient. I'd only recommend it if you want/need to be at the chiropractor twice a week (or more) for the next 8 months. read more

I think Vince is technically good at adjustments. I didn't like the proposed plan. I didn't feel he was really listening to me, instead pushing the big investment plan ($5K). It felt like buying a car. And signing up was more important than completely explaining it all to me. I didn't feel heart. I felt like income. Be careful when you go here. They use a bunch of scare and sales tactics with you to scare you into signing up for their thousand dollar+ treatment package. They only offer the package and demand you come in 3x week for months. I asked what if someone can't fit that into their schedule, they said then they wouldn't treat them. Ruthless! Check out the other critical reviews on here. Glad to know I'm not alone at least? It was so weird because I experienced the same exact thing at PostureWorks in San Francisco. I fell for it then but am not as ignorant anymore to these types of programs. Here are some literally direct overlaps of these two sales companies: "No one else does what we do. We are the only ones who can help you." "Every single problem you have in your life is related to your spine inefficiencies. If you don't start treatment immediately you're life will be irreparably lost to this." "I'm taking a loss financially to give you this discount." I felt like I was in the twilight zone. It's a shame because I'm a fan of chiropractic biophysics, the specific practice of this place, but I'm totally put off by the sales pitch and catastrophizing of a patient's issues. It felt like I was sitting through a Fox News segment that was removed from reality, ie "your life will be over/you'll be in pain forever and deteriorating if you don't do OUR treatment, which only WE provide, now here are the payment options..." Isn't there an ethics board for care providers that would stop this type of shameless monetization of people's pain? I've found other care providers that are more holistic in their approach, will treat me even if I don't have thousands of dollars to give them, and I'm already seeing positive results. I saw these guys a few weeks ago but the bad taste in my mouth from the sales pitches with Dr Vince (or Dr Ryan? The younger one) has remained. Hope this helps others make a decision. read more

I've had horrible neck, and back pain for most of my life and I've gone to several chiropractors, but none of them have helped as much as they have here, some of them weren't even able to help me at all! They're extremely thorough, knowledgeable, genuine and accommodating! They're all amazing but my daughter and I both usually see Dr. Vince, I don't know what we'd do without him! Dr. Vince has gone above and beyond with helping us! Not only are the adjustments amazing, but my teenage daughter's attitude adjustment is as equally amazing (after her adjustment her attitude improves exponentially)! I went through nearly the whole course of $2700 treatment, and it was the worst chiropractic experience of my life. I saw all the red flags - both those mentioned in other reviews and more - but I had spent so much money I stuck with it. The care they offer is completely un-tailored to your particular body. There is no room for discussion about your treatment, they dont listen to what you want, and they can offer no alternatives when something doesnt work for you. They injured my neck and gave me the worst headaches of my life, and leaving before the treatment was complete was the beat decision I made the whole time. There was no other option but to spend hundreds of dollars on their dumb equipment (didnt use 90% of it) and vitamins (which made me feel sick). Torn experience. Went for the $37 first timer trial. Came in with pain was X-ray and had to come back next day for followup. Staff was amazing. Owners/Dr. Seemed salesy and quick to diagnose things more serious and hazardous. I know my body and situations pretty well and this was outside the normal scope of what I came in to find out. Wanted to sell me a package for rough $2400/month of services before I even had an adjustment or experienced any gain and before meeting ended asked if I wanted to be adjusted. Felt a little insulted by that. No I came in to have an X-ray and be pitched a program without any relief. Left a bad taste with me.
