First off, let me say that this place is ABSOLUTELY amazing! I had never been to a spa before, so I was excited to come here. I had gotten their Silver Bells Special; a 50-min full body massage and a 50-min facial. I was running late due to traffic, but they were able to push my appointment back an hour, which was not only lucky, but so very nice of them. When I stepped in, I was transported! They have electric candles, scent defusers, and displays of the products used everywhere. The lighting was dim and soothing, and the front desk woman was sweet and friendly. I barely waited 2 minutes before I was called back to begin my facial. The facial tech, Nicole, was very welcoming. She explained everything from the process, procedure, and preparation, to the products used and ways to take care of your skin. The facial felt so relaxing. I didn't even know my facial muscles could be tense until she relaxed them. The products she used smelt amazing and left my face feeling clean and buttery smooth. Afterwards, I was brought out to a gorgeous patio to await my masseuse. There were small comforting fireplaces and candles, nicely maintained furniture, and even a gorgeous view of the lake! Again, I didn't have to wait long. The masseuse, (I don't recall her name, but she was very sweet, kind, and down to earth) took me back, explained what she'd be doing, asked if I wanted to focus on specific areas, and did a fantastic job. She and I had in-depth conversations while she went to work. She massaged and relaxed my muscles, making me feel light and on the brink of nodding off. She applied the right amount of pressure to sooth my muscles. After the massage, she brought me a glass of water and even gave me a handful of Hershey kisses. All together, the price of my package was $150.00. I paid a $75 deposit when I booked the appointment, and paid the remainder when I was finished. I tipped the both of them, but I felt it wasn't enough. They did such a fantastic job. I definitely recommend the Spa at Lakeside 2.0 and I can't wait to come back. I even got a few business cards from them to give to my friends, family, and coworkers. Absolutely loved this place! 10/10 read more

Becky's massage was very good and heavy handed, and the facial was great too. Skip Raja's Retreat--it felt like the leg massage and lotion rub you'd get with a regular pedicure, not a true spa treatment. No soaking tubs here, but I expected that from other reviews. I've been going there for over six years, and this past weekend I got a massage by a different person (because they fired someone I regularly saw who was amazing. ) The person who did my massage did not look professional whatsoever and felt very inexperienced. What made it worse Was that when I turned in the bed, she yanked down my body by my feet instead of asking me to scoot down. Worst experience ever I cannot believe that even happened. We arrived early to sit out on the terrace overlooking the lake. It was comfortable in the shade but even better next to the misting fans. When our appointment time got close, we were escorted to our room to undress. My masseuse was Wanda and unfortunately I cannot remember who massaged my husband. The room smelled really good, not overwhelming like other spas. Our room was dark, cool, and comfortable.  I try to get a massage at least once a month in San Diego and I've NEVER been so relaxed before. I used like not waiting in the lobby and remembered when they would escort you back to sit out on the porch to look at the peaceful water that Desert Shores has. Even after your service they would hand you a cup of water & ask would you like to relax on the before leaving. Now nothing the masseuses talk your era while you're getting a massage and not letting you relax it has really changed and I wish you would go back to how I used to be because that was the best place to receive services.. I was so excited to come visit The Spa at Lakeside for my birthday. I booked a 115 minute Swedish Massage. Originally, my appointment was with someone named Angel, although I ended up with a lovely lady named Donna. I'll start with the pros: Donna was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. We discussed what I was looking for during my service. She did such a great job. She told me she had been here for 20+ years, and I can understand why. The inside is super serene and calming. The lady at the front desk was helpful and nice. I loved the vibe of this place. There were complimentary treats in the lobby, which I thought was a cute touch. I only had a few cons: The room I was in was super bright. It had a giant window, so it was sunny during my service. Usually, I feel like I appreciate a dim room, to help with relaxing. The walls were also realllyyyy thin, so throughout my service I could hear people walking and talking and various loud noises. It kind of took me out of my "serenity." All in all, I would give this place another shot. Donna was amazing and the staff was nice. The prices are also absolutely unbeatable. read more

My first time here was amazing! I got a massage and facial, and everything was great! The massage therapist did a great job, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. My neck and shoulders are always tight, and even worse now that I'm carrying around a 1 year old! She could feel the tightness and did a great job loosening it. It was super relaxing. She then put me in their balcony next to the heaters and it was an awesome view! I didn't even mind it was a little cold. Their cozy robe kept me very warm though. Next was the facial. I was pretty nervous because it was my first one and I'm very picky about what products I use on my skin. They use Eve Taylor, which they said is pretty natural. For me, if it's not 100% natural I don't use it, but I made an exception for this in the name of self care! Nicole did a great job on the facial, my skin felt soo nice afterwards!! I had no idea she would remove all the blackheads. I have seen the light and want to keep coming back for facials now! I even want to send my husband to go get one lol. The spa was recommended to me by a friend. I'm so glad I decided to give it a try! It is so hard to find a great spa for a reasonable price (ie. not Strip prices). The last time I received a Swedish massage was when we were exiting the pandemic. I used to love the spa I previously went to but they closed permanently and had a hard time finding the next place. First off, if it's your first time here, it's in the Desert Shores area of Las Vegas. The spa is a little confusing to get to since there is a French bistro nearby with patio seating in the front. The spa is tucked away in the corner behind that (1st level) so don't let the tables and chairs fool you. I took a wrong turn and ended up at a salon upstairs. Once inside, the receptionist was friendly and the spa was very clean. I was exactly on time and they were ready for me. For first timers like me, they texted me prior to my appointment and I filled out paperwork online. That saved me time and made my check in seamless. My massage therapist was Barb and I booked a 50 minute massage. She was wonderful!! Friendly, professional and applied the right amount of pressure throughout my massage. I had so many knots in my shoulders and back area and she worked right through them. I had been stressed for a few weeks and she melted the stress away. I would definitely come back again! Krystal is my favorite! There is a reason people sing so many praises for her. She has the magic touch! I have been getting massages for years from people all over Las Vegas and she is undoubtedly the best of them all. She listens to what you want and delivers beautifully in all the places. She is so in tune with the physiology of the body and the perfect amount of pressure. My parents and I frequent this establishment dozens of times a year collectively and have all agreed Krystal does a damn good job! If you're in pain, Krystals your girl!
