Only reason I'm not giving it a 1 is because there are some great therapists, like Kevin. I have been a member for 6 years now but when I heard about the experience that one of my friends had, I was very disappointed. I just cancelled my membership because of it. For a customer focused business, leadership (manager Carla and owner Kelly) has terrible customer service. My friend had canceled her membership once she got into residency in NY, because she knew she was moving. She went in person and filled out the cancellation form. Months later she realized that she was still being charged. They would not provide a refund and claim that she did not cancel because their process is to process the cancellation and then shred the form! You don't even get a copy of your form. I made sure to take a picture of my cancellation form so that they can't pull the same thing on me. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY THE MEMBERSHIP subscription. There are better options at places like Hand And Stone, which also includes facials and is cheaper. My sister is having a nightmare experience where they charged her for months even though she canceled her membership before moving across states. They conveniently lost her termination form, although they shred all the termination forms and do not provide you with copies. And the manager Carla was trying to gaslight and say that my sister never signed it. When I cancelled mine, I had to wait 30 days before it went into effect, which is a wild policy-- I don't want to participate in your business, and I'm not trying to. This policy is just a final cash grab. They do not refund on services that haven't been rendered! Instead they make you get gift cards--after this experience, why would we send other people here? read more

For years Gale was my massage therapist and she was fabulous. Then she retired. It has taken me several months to find another massage therapist that I like at this location, but I finally have. Alex and Elisabeth have different styles, but both give an excellent massage. Alex is especially good with Himalayan Salt Stones. Stopped in for a full body massage. They don't offer couples massage because the rooms are small but Kevin and Alex did a wonderful job! My wife and I had a 30 min full body and it was well worth it. I wish I could give Elements Massage a better rating but unfortunately I can not. In the last month they have cancelled twice on me. One time they cancelled the day of the appointment (about 2 hours prior to massage). They offered same day appointment with someone new that had open schedule. I spent some good time previously with the front desk describing my issues and picking a massage therapist specific to my needs that is why I was coming in. Now I found out that they cancelled my appointment and expected me to agree to any therapist available. This has happened twice in one month. In addition, they took no notes so I had to explain again my issues and why I was coming in. Big waste of time. If I were asked to describe Elements Massage I would say it's more of a massage collective. There are many massage therapists but their availability is inconsistent. You can get an appointment very easy probably even the same day but do not count on having the same massage therapist every time. read more

After I received my massage and was trying to pay, the receptionist told me it's $20 off for first time clients and wasn't sure why the website stated different. I have always enjoyed getting massages but the massages I've gotten from Slywia at Elements are seriously the best. I first started going when I was pregnant with my 2nd baby and she gave me the best prenatal massage I had ever had. All the prenatal massages I had previously and when I was pregnant with my first were so extremely gentle I felt like they did nothing to relieve my back pain. Slywia applies the perfect amount of pressure and I leave feeling so relaxed and all my knots in my shoulders and back worked out. I just recently joined their monthly membership club because I was paying the full rate every other month but now it will almost cost me the same to go monthly. As a super type-A individual, I also appreciate that Slywia is always on schedule and never running late. Highly recommend this place! read more

I haven't been to this location in 2 years but was able to get a last minute appointment. I booked two 1 hour massages w 2 different therapists. The 2nd massage w Alex was terrific. I needed a deep tissue massage to work on my neck and shoulders. He was so good that I signed up for a monthly membership! Highly recommend Alex if you need deep tissue. Paz has the magical touch!!! She is the absolutely THE BEST therapist ever. She focuses on where you need the most. For me, it's my shoulders and neck. She helps work out all the knots and I feel like jelly after! I usually like my massages with hard pressure (remember those knots I mentioned earlier?) And she really gets in there!!! I think if I had some extra disposable funds I would become a member so that I could get this on the regular. Gotta start saving up or making some major lifestyle adjustments soon lol. read more

I have this really bad upper back adhesion ache. A massage was all I was looking for; mostly for pain relief than for relaxation. I reached a good 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The ambience of the front office itself puts one to ease. And Teresa, the receptionist was very warm and welcoming. The session started with my masseuse, Jenny, enquiring about my concerns and problem area. Since I was looking to relieve myself of the adhesion in upper back, I asked her for a back massage only. Coming to the massage - Jenny was a pro! Her approach was very methodical and handled it like a doctor would. She started off with a heat pack in the area affected. Her pressure was bang on and was checking with me from time to time if I was comfortable. Her strokes were gentle yet firm; each one eliminating built up tension in the muscles. There was a little pain while she was working on the sore spots but it was a good sort of pain. Jenny even applied bio freeze in the affected area to relieve soreness of the muscles. I even got a neck massage which was very very relaxing and the tightness was leaving, I could feel it with each stroke. What I loved particularly was that Jenny was genuinely ensuring I got maximum benefit of the massage. It was tailor made for me - paying more attention to the areas needing it n going over the rest. After the massage, Jenny suggested that I might need subsequent visits as much as once in every 15 days, to get rid of the pain entirely. It comes a bit pricey compared to some other places I have been. However since this was my first time with them, I had a $30 discount. They have a membership plan too which is pretty attractive and I am planning to subscribe to it. And hey! I don't mind paying a little extra in exchange of a wonderful package! Overall I am very happy to have had a relaxing hour with them! read more

Canceled again in August, nothing happened.For the third time I tried to get out of this and my response was gift cards for the months gone by.. Not what I want! Buyer beware: their membership perpetuates unfair charging practices. I was charged $59 a couple days ago. I called to cancel my membership, understanding that I was responsible for that charge. However, they told me they are going to charge me again next month despite advertising a month to month membership. Buyer beware if you are getting a gift card for a first timer! Always thought a gift card was as good as CASH! Husband got me one for my birthday, and I also signed up for their first time "special deal" which is $99 for 90 minutes (at heavenly massage you can get a 70 minute massage for $59) . Both are no frills sort of places, so quite comparable. When I went to check out I was told I COULD NOT claim the first time special with a GIFT CARD!!!!! Had to pay an EXTRA $40. What a rip off. Plus, when I realized the time when I got back in my car, I had been cheated out of 10 minutes (or more) as the therapist started 10 minutes late and let me out 10 minutes early! DO NOT GO HERE! Appointments are easy to schedule, and with an abundance of therapists on site with a variety of modalities, I'm always able to get the type of massage I want! Sometimes difficult to get an appointment but the massages have been great. Staff is courteous and friendly. Not happy that a 90 minutes massage is really a 75 minute massage and a 60 minute is really a 50 minute massage. Doesn't take that long to change a sheets in between clients. The day that I decided to try Elements I was struggling with a very sore lower back, extremely tight neck and shoulders, and a knot in my right calf. After many subsequent visits (caused by a constant re-occurrence of sports related issues) I decided that I had two choices: either hang up the cleats, sneakers, and golf shoes or bite the bullet and sign up for Elements' Wellness Program, which gives me regular relief due to my rapidly waning athletic skills. An awful experience. My massage therapist smelled like smoke, didn't focus on any of the areas I requested, and even didn't move on during the massage when I asked her to. She rustled loudly around the room, slammed the towel heater door and bumped the bed. She wasn't any more gentle when moving me. She kept throwing something on the bed, and had the oil on the side of the massage table that she'd pump so hard I shook every time she used it - which was constant. Not at all relaxing!! I'm also leaving hunched over in pain because she ground on my shoulders for so long. It was extremely disappointing. read more
