The convenience won me over instantly. I went online thinking I was going to have to book an appointment weeks in advance. But instead there were several appointments available for the next day, so I booked one with a few clicks. The massage itself was good and also reasonably priced. So now I can say that I hit the Trifecta of convenience, quality, and price. Probably my most important endorsement is that I immediately signed up for their membership program, which was a no-brainer. Basically, every month you pay a "membership fee" that is the price of a basic massage and then have a massage for no additional money (unless you add on extras). Why sign up? He listens to what areas need work, and he is able to work his way deep into the muscles to release and get everything flowing again. Definitely give Wes a try. Purchased two massages with a Groupon. The space is relaxing and super clean. Rooms have pretty ambient lighting that you can even customize by color-very cool! Massage tables are heated. You wear a mask when laying face up, and if face down you could remove (otherwise I truly don't think you could breathe well with your face in the donut head cradle). We were offered a water afterwards and given a summary by the massage therapist of what they thought could be beneficial to focus on in the future. Of course, we compared experiences. My partner ended up getting multiple nice warm towels during the massage, and all areas of their concern addressed and were really happy with it. I felt like my experience skipped several pretty key elements I asked for, and even concentrated partially on the one area of my body I asked kindly not to include. After at the front desk, we were given two pre-filled out membership papers with our names computer written in so 'all we had to do was sign,' which felt like a bit of awkward social pressure as we hadn't even paid for the massages yet. Overall, not sure about this. Parking is free and great, next to Whole Foods, Dunkin, and other places within the complex. read more

I've been coming to Elements for a few months as a member and really enjoy this time. The monthly membership is a good value. I have had a great experience with everyone there, from the receptionist to the massage therapist. If you care about Covid safety do not go here. I've put in a request for my therapists to wear a mask in advance and upon arrival I am met with confusion/told they don't have masks, or even at times called before my appt to be told that my therapist is fully vaccinated and "prefers not to wear a mask" which upon asking follow-up questions was code for they won't be wearing one. I've called multiple times and filled out the contact us form online to get refunded for my remaining visits. I have not received a call from management or ownership after requesting one. This has been going on for several weeks. Other places wear a mask and I DONT EVEN HAVE TO ASK...it's just part of their normal safety protocol. I have one of the major health complications for COVID-19 and this place has not made me feel safe going there. read more

Unfortunately, I arrived 5 minutes late for my 1:30 appointment. I was given a clip board and told to hurry to finish the forms. As I said no problem, I was then told I won't be getting my full 60mins. When I asked why, all she stated was it's 1:36. By the time I was done asking questions and going back and forth with the front receptionist 5 more minutes past. I told the receptionist I didn't like the way I was being spoken to and that I wasn't interested in the service. I asked for the cancellation fee to be waived. She laughed and stated there was no cancellation fee. I told her I read something online that I would be charged. She said "nope." Well, I was charged a cancellation fee. Today I called, the same lady I dealt with answered the phone. I asked her why I was being charged a fee when she told me I had no fee. She had no answer for me other than call the manager tomorrow. read more

I've had several massages at this location (I've also been to the Burlington and Saugus locations) and never been anything but happy when I left. Everyone is welcoming, everything is clean, and check in/check out are easy. I've worked with Maurice, Joseph, and Wesley. All good, but my favorite by far is Wesley. He really got to the spots we discussed, made sure I was loose and breathing, and checked in on pressure. I got the hot towels and a chocolate at the end. I have been looking for a regular massage therapist. I think Wesley will be the guy. read more

I had been suffering with a knot in my neck that was progressively getting worse and setting off nerve pain down my arm. I was so grateful to get in so quickly for an hour appointment. The front of house staff were extremely polite and welcoming! The tech was very quiet and didn't say much--which is fine by me. I was left in the room to undress for what felt like uncomfortably long. I think aside from that, my biggest critiques: The massage oil/lotion was cold. He finished without touching my hands or feet (I thought that was odd for a full body massage not to do any work on either of those parts?) He left me to redress and then alone to travel back to the front desk. Not my worst massage and the knot pain was helped a good deal with one treatment! But not my favorite. C- read more

I go often for a massage as I carry stress in my neck and shoulders that often result in a migraine. This was the first time that I had Day as my therapist and he was awesome. The pressure was deep tissue and it was perfect. Highly recommend Day if you are looking for deep tissue massage. read more

Booked a couples massages, had Maurice (Magic Hands) and certainly glad we went. Place was very clean, everyone was nice & Maurice asked me questions (had neck fusions/shoulder surgeries in past) so taking everything into consideration my massage was perfect/didn't PUSH any additional add ons/ when I asked, he explained & im glad I got what I did! We're so happy I joined 2 hour monthly membership so we can either share as a couple or I'll use 90 minutes! We'll worth membership especially now! I really felt relaxed, no more "trigger point" injections for me! Massage the way to go! read more

I was in town for a tennis tournament and was having some major pain in my lower back, butt and hamstrings. I explained to Gabby, my massage therapist, what I was looking for. I pretty much wanted a deep tissue/sports massage focused on these areas with some muscle releasing techniques. Gabby was SPOT ON! She was pretty sure that the problem was in my IT Band and worked tirelessly to get in there. This was not a relaxing massage BUT it was perfect. It was EXACTLY what I needed. I felt longer when I walked out of there. My tight muscles got released and so did my pain. When I walked out, I felt longer and taller, if that makes sense. I am not able to do this kind of release to myself. Gabby was VERY professional as these are sensitive areas, and I never once felt uncomfortable. She reminded me to drink lots of water, which I did.
