Today, after booking over the phone for a massage treatment on my hips and back, I arrived for a 1HOUR service, was told to pay before my service began, and paid the $100 fee. My service started late (11:30-12:30), then closer to 12, after my service began and I was lying on a table (having already paid mind you) I was asked if I could stay longer- to 1pm- I said I can't because I have a course to attend, the therapist talked me into staying until 12:45, as I believed the extra 15minutes was complimentary for starting late, and being a first time client. I was wrong. By the time I got out at 12:45pm I was told that I could book the next treatment. Well, I got to the front and no appointment just a card machine shoved in front of me with another $54 charge! Charging me for the extra 30mins, which I didn't use. I made my thoughts and feelings on this unethical and disgraceful business tactics clear, the gentleman at the counter was spaced out, and couldn't care less, putting me on the hook for another $54, pretending he didn't understand. I am beyond upset now, and cannot believe the disgraceful business practice you have going on. I made my circumstances known, and you cared less about a customer than you did trying to milk me for what I was worth before proverbially spitting in my face on the way out. I have notified up to 15 other people as of this evening of your practice. Not only was I late for my 1:10pm appointment because of you, I was royally treated like a piece of trash. You can assume I won't be back along with many others who know of you now. Not that you cared though. You had no interest in my health or continuing my treatment and exercise.
