On Saturday, March 22, 2025, my best friend and I went for a couples massage. The massage itself was amazing, but the checkout process was a disaster. I was given two different prices--one over the phone and another in person. I had originally booked a 90-minute massage, but we only received 60 minutes. The staff claimed this was due to the time spent filling out paperwork, yet they took their time providing us with the necessary forms. When I questioned the duration of the massage, they still attempted to charge me for 90 minutes. The manager claimed she was applying a discount, but that was not the case--I still ended up paying well over $300. She also mentioned a promotion I could take advantage of, yet no such promotion was available when I arrived. If you plan on visiting this place, be sure to get everything in writing. They do not honor verbal agreements, and I left feeling completely ROBBED. read more

I booked a 60 min massage at the recommendation of my mother, who had been going to Elements for a few months. I have joint pain, and she thought a session would bring me relief. My masseuse was Jamie. She was so nice, and very attentive to what I needed. She asked if there were any specific pain points that she should be aware of, and if there were issues that I wanted her to address. She also checked in often about her pressure level and if I was comfortable overall, which was much appreciated. She even gave me tips and suggestions for at home pain management and relief to hold me over until my next session. When Jamie was done, I felt so much better! The pain I had when I first came in was gone. She focused on the problem areas that we spoke about, but still worked on all the usual spots expected in a full body massage. The establishment itself was very clean, nicely decorated and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very kind and helpful the entire time. They made my self care day a wonderful one, and I decided to become a member so that I can do this once a month! When I finally got around to scheduling my massage I decided to treat MY mom to one too. From the moment I walked in I could feel the relaxing vibes. I searched on groupon and found a pretty awesome deal for this place, waited a while and finally decided to call and make my first appointment. I ended up getting a Groupon for 3 full body massages. Steve, was very informative and great. Each time he made sure he asked if there was any specific areas that were bothering me and also let me know of any areas he thought needed work. There's a big metered parking lot in the back of the establishment. Following all guidelines, checking temperatures, wearing masks. They also have a membership that is much better than paying each time, however they also have individual sessions.
