My masseuse was Jamie. She was so nice, and very attentive to what I needed. She asked if there were any specific pain points that she should be aware of, and if there were issues that I wanted her to address. She also checked in often about her pressure level and if I was comfortable overall, which was much appreciated. She even gave me tips and suggestions for at home pain management and relief to hold me over until my next session. When Jamie was done, I felt so much better! The pain I had when I first came in was gone. She focused on the problem areas that we spoke about, but still worked on all the usual spots expected in a full body massage. The establishment itself was very clean, nicely decorated and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very kind and helpful the entire time. They made my self care day a wonderful one, and I decided to become a member so that I can do this once a month!
