Oh my gosh I just got finished with my 90 minute massage with Janie and it was heavenly! Janie has been in the business for over 30 years and she knows what she's doing. She is highly skilled and experienced. I had a huge knot in my neck and it was causing me a lot of discomfort, Janie was able to release it through massaging and lots of stretching. She also had a wonderful technique where she stretched out my neck by holding it and applying pressure in select areas. I felt comfortable the whole time and the pressure was perfect. She checked in to make sure the pressure was to my liking and to make sure I was okay: This was the best massage I've ever had in my life! I did 90 minutes and feel like every moment was worth it. I had a wonderful 90 minute massage with Annalise. She worked on the address I requested and mid-way through she asked if I wanted her to spend additional time in a terrible spot. No one had ever asked that question before and I really appreciated it. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. When I arrived I heard that they had a groupon special. From scheduling my prenatal massage to checking out after my massage, everything ran very smoothly. I think the girl who checked me in was Gabby and she was super sweet and helpful and made checking in easy and comfortable. My massage therapist was Kimberly and she was really good and knew exactly what areas needed the most attention. I'm usually not a fan of small talk during a massage but it was nice talking with her and it felt like I was just talking with a friend! I definitely recommend her and will be back to see her. I got some gift cards for my husband and mom for Christmas and the front desk was really helpful and educated my on the membership. I'm not new to massage memberships so was initially interested. After my massage I was hooked. I was formally a Massage Envy member and Elements is different. Massages here are less for luxury sake and actually intended for healing and issue relief. I've had multiple massueses and they have all done good work. Everyone is friendly and respectful. It has a great location near Mountainside Fitness, Herbal Nails in the Walmart shopping center area on Happy Valley off of 23rd Ave. The membership is flexible and affordable. I have the small package of one hour long a month and always end up adding one to two more for the discounted rate. read more

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE. They force you to use them even after they have messed up. Scheduling with you guys is a nightmare. You guys moved up a scheduled massage and tried to get me to confirm it before even letting me know that you moved my time up. And then let me know that if I was late or didn't show up for a changed appointment time without my confirmation I would either A) Face a $45 cancellation fee or B) cut into my 90 minute gift card, talk about predatory on something that's NON-REFUNDABLE! When confronted about this Jenna informed me that she was sorry but she had tried calling me.. through a number that's not registered under the business name, (I use Hiya) and didn't even bother to leave a voicemail explaining the situation. Edit: I did go in because i'm not letting money go to waste. The therapist I had does great work, it's just really unfortunate for her she's being handled by such incompetent staff that clearly lacks communication skills. My experience here has 100% turned me off of this business and will gladly point family, friends, and coworkers far, far away from this circus. read more

I brought my mom to this location earlier this week in celebration of her birthday, and despite us both being admittedly picky about massages, Chelsea and Annalise did an absolutely amazing job! my mom looked like she was gonna melt into a puddle by the time her session with Chelsea was over! Annalise ended up being an absolute miracle worker for me! i was amazed when she was able to ease a ton of tension out of my terribly knotted back, but she literally improved my quality of life. i was in a car accident in march of 2018 that resulted in a severe ankle injury. i tore all of the ligaments and tendons in my foot/ankle and unfortunately they didn't heal properly so since then on a good day my right ankle is twice the size of my left and the pain is 5/10. the day after my appointment with Annalise was the first day in almost a year that i had pretty much no pain and my ankle was normal size! read more

I'm a 38-year-old guy who always had the preconceived belief that getting a massage from a total stranger is weird and uncomfortable. I have always come up with an excuse to avoid getting one when the wife asks me to join her and honestly, I'm pretty good at redirecting the conversation. Well, three days ago and completely out of the blue, my neck, shoulder, arm and upper back decided they would punish me by locking up and provide an all-star caliber level of pain. I have had pain from disc issues, spine surgery and MS symptoms, but when muscle relaxers and prescription pain medication provided almost no relief, I broke down and scheduled a massage! I was matched up with Stephanie who listened to my issues and explained everything to me (I'm new at this remember). My upper body was so bad that she had to take it a bit easy on me in the beginning, but after finding my man card hidden deep inside my pocket, she was able to get out the majority of my many kinks in an hour. It takes alot for me to make time for my self! I have 2 young boys and a husband that works a lot of hours at his company. I really needed this 90min massage to help me destress and workout some of the pain I've been having in my back. After suffering for a little over a month I finally decided to book a babysitter and a 90min massage. My massage therapist was amazing! I told her about my job and she knew exactly what I needed on my back and neck. I noticed the room next to me had a lot of commotion and talking going on but figured it would stop when the massage started. Well about 15/20 min in I finally said something. " I feel like I'm having a couple's message with the gentleman in the next room because I can literally hear every single word".. My massage therapist laughed and said "this is actually the couple's message room and that's just a partition in the middle of the room." The massage therapist and gentlemen talked Throughout his entire massage. SEVERAL time my massage therapist apologized for how loud they were. Finally it was quite on the other side of the wall. 15/20min later... my massage therapist says to me " I'm sorry but your time is up". That was literally the worst massage! I did not get to destress and relax like I had planned on and paid for. I was very unhappy and spoke with the lady at the front desk about it and I was told I m sorry I can put it in your notes that you don't want to be in that room. That's it! Disappointed in the front staff. My husband and i had a massage scheduled for Friday October 9th. My husband and I always see Kisha and Annalise for a 90min massage. I generally take the day off for our appointments from work or leave early just so we can get our massages since Kisha and Annalises schedule never aligns on any other days. We travel all the way from wickenburg for these appointments and when we arrived i was told that my husband's appointment was never booked. We were offered for him to see another therapist and she was not a good fit what so ever and we had to reduce our massages to 60minutes. If it wasn't for us liking annalise and kisha so much we wouldn't come to this studio. read more

I have never been so disappointed in a business in my entire life. My boyfriend and I have been interested in cupping therapy for quite some time now. I was pleased to find that Elements Massage down the street from our house started offering it! I went in and asked how much it would be- they told me it was an add on to a massage and that you can not do it just as a session alone. I thought, no big deal we both could use a massage anyway. Excitedly, we booked a couples massage for the following weekend. I made sure that we would be doing cupping when making the appointment, given it was the whole reason we made the appointment in the first place. I requested we have 2 female therapists as well. Our appointment was set for 10am this morning. At 9:20- we get a call saying that one of the therapists called in sick, and we would have to be rescheduled for tonight at 6. And it would be a male and female therapist. I thought- okay we are flexible, not a big deal just slightly disappointing as we had other plans for the day. I was about to confirm the appointment until I asked if we were for sure getting the cupping as well. To this, she responded "Oh! I can definitely make sure to add that on."..... as if I never booked our original appointment for cupping. We changed our plans for today, and got to Elements at 5:45 to fill out paperwork as this was our first time. Only then, did the front desk girl inform that my therapist was not certified for cupping. Disappointed, I wanted to cancel the appointment at this point. She offered aromatherapy for the inconvenience, I accepted because- well hell our appointment was in 10 min anyway. She walked in the back room and came back only to tell us my boyfriends therapist is not certified either!!! We could not push back our appointment at this point, due to us being out of town for the next few weeekends and apparently none of the afternoon therapists are certified. I am so beyond disappointed in this experience, I cried on the way out. My boyfriend has severe back muscle pain from the military and really needed this today. We made our appointment a week before- this should not have happened whatsoever. Do NOT come here if you are looking for a relaxing and stress free experience. I had a very good massage here but when i signed up for the monthly massage they told me my payment would be automatically deducted from my checking account via my debit card and it would be taken out on the 15th of the month. I made another appointment with the same massage therapist and then was randomly looking at my bank acct later that same day. It was April 2. Elements had taken a payment out of my account. I called them back to ask about it and they assured me they'd fix the problem and i wouldn't be charged again till may 15th. Well two days later, I'm looking at my bank acct again and they'd taken another payment!! I was trying to remain calm but I'm not rich. I don't have a whole lot of money to be throwing around. I called and left a message explaining that one mistake could be forgiven but not two times! I can't afford to have them keep taking 70$ payments from my acct every other day. So i wanted them to refund me those two payments and cancel my appt and I wouldn't be coming to elements anymore. The next day a lady named Lesley sent me a text message explaining that their systems were down but she'd call me and we'd figure things out when they were back online. I replied that was ok and thanks for getting back to me. I was nothing but courteous and respectful the whole time but not once did this lady ever apologize for the mistake that elements had made and she never ever called me. She kept sending me texts. Very unprofessional! I will never go to another elements again! read more
