Unless she was going to go Kathy Bates on me, there was no way I could both lay down and put my feet in a bucket 18" below the edge of the bed. The only way was to sit, or scootch down and angle my legs into the bucket. Doing that, the edge of the bucket dug painfully into my calves. I tried to explain I could either lie down or put my feet in the water, but not both. She just kept telling me to lie down and put my feet in the bucket. I got up and left.

A few months ago, I was experiencing severe muscle tightness and decided to look for a highly-reviewed massage therapist on Yelp. Rosie lived up to her rave reviews. She's a true professional and I really felt the difference after my sessions. Last week, I aggravated an old shoulder injury and lost most of the use of my right arm--and I'm right-handed. I was able to book a 6 AM appointment with Rosie and she handled the injury with expertise and care. She followed up with preventative stretches for me and gave me sound advice. Within two days, I was 90% better. By the 3rd day, there was no trace of pain in the joint and I had full use of my arm. A doctor would have given me pain pills and a sling. Rosie addressed the root cause of my issue. If you're serious about augmenting your self-care with regular massage, you owe it to yourself to be treated by the best. Make an appointment with Rosie--you won't regret it.
