When employee Evelyn walked by, I asked her to help to clear the cache of my personal information, and she told me it was, except it wasn't because my credit card was still active. When I told her I needed the machine powered off to clear the cache of my personal information, she walked away and said "go ahead". I told her I could not find the power button, but Evelyn did not help. So I saw the plugs of the copy machines and started pulling them out, when I was body checked by Assistant Manager Al. I have a heart condition. Check your in-store surveilance tapes for that behavior and lack of assistance. Those two employees need retraining. And let's talk about legal action.

I recently had a less-than-satisfactory experience with International Office Machines. First of all, I had to call the shop twice to inquire about the status of my typewriter. Each time he said he needed another week. Finally, in April, I went to pick it up, and to my disappointment, there was no repair or cleaning done at all. When I asked the owner about it, he told me that he had gotten busy with other orders and hadn't been able to work on mine. While I can understand that businesses can get busy, it's frustrating to have to wait so long for nothing to be done. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of service I received from International Office Machines. I wouldn't recommend this shop to others looking for timely and reliable repairs for their office equipment. He probably does great repair work if he chooses to work on your typewriter.

This location, while sufficiently stocked and providing the average store services, is just shabby looking and in need of repair. The dull, in-need-of-paint sign out front is not the best way to greet your customers, but that's what's there. The friendly staff makes up for it, though, when they welcome you in. I went in to use the marketing services - all I wanted was to scan some album covers but the printer/scanners don't accommodate anything larger than 11x17" sadly. How are small businesses supposed to really accomplish anything out of the box? Well you won't with Staples. The best thing about this location is that it has its own parking lot and they are open late, compared to their competitors. And maybe that's what the chain wants as its point if difference, but they could stand to expand their small businesses services.

How irritating to have to waste so much time trying to get files to upload, then having issues with my email not being recognized, and even the "human vs robot" verification was messy. You need to type all lower-case letters, even when some letters are upper-case. WHAT??? I ended up having to spend about 5 times more for Staples to design the business cards, even though I know EXACTLY what I want printed, but the system wasn't recognizing a Word file (even though it says it accepts .doc files).

I requested help from an employee to Fax 5 pages.The employee, who wasn't assisting any other customers, pointed to the Fax machine and told me to follow the directions. Then she proceeded to use her cell phone. I proceeded to follow instructions on the machine. After a few minutes, she came over to help and I asked her if there's anything else I needed to do to confirm that my pages were sent. She said no. I received a print out of my charges. The next day I called the business to confirm receipt of fax. They said they never received the documents. I went to a UPS store near my house and the attendant fax'd my documents for me and gave me a receipt confirming that the fax went through.
