Your condescending tone and dismissive attitude left me feeling upset and frustrated. It all happened after I insisted that Scott show me what he was going to inject into my face after I didn't feel comfortable having pre filled syringes injected on my face, especially since the last couple times I was not satisfied with the results. Maureen was extremely quick in returning my initial phone call and gave me several options to schedule my appointment, all within a two week period. She does have limited late hours, but works for herself and therefore is flexible with her scheduling. The studio is a large one room space, divided into different areas...waiting area, reception desk, facial area, changing room, etc. It is a calm space with lots of beach themed decor. After changing into a strapless wrap/top, Maureen first did the facial which was really great...I have only had a few facials in my life, but this was one of the better ones. I was very relaxed and calm, even while we chatted during the first half of the services. Once she moved on the foot massage towards the end of the services, I was definitely in a zone of total relaxation. So much so, that I drifted off to sleep for a few minutes before realizing she was almost finished. I had a hard time sitting up and getting off the table and back to reality at that point. I was impressed with not only her skills as an esthetician, but her friendly nature as a person and as a professional. She offers an array of services including facials, nail care, waxing, and Reiki. I would definitely return and pay full price for her services and plan to do so in the near future.
