There was another hiccup where someone at Discount Tire lost my wheel lock key while the crew was switching my tires out, but HUGE shout out to Christian for going the extra mile and helping me every step of the way. I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg and the tire was great. Extra points to this shop for not making me feel like an idiot with any questions I had and for admitting fault when they messed up and providing painless solutions to fix those hiccups.

He provided me with a quote and showed me options that he said would meet my needs. About four weeks later, I returned to place the order and put down a deposit. A week after that, I dropped my car off for installation. Later, I was informed that the front wheels would not fit properly because the ones ordered were too large. I was told they would need to order new wheels, and I assumed this meant all four would be replaced. I picked up my car and brought it back again a week later once the new wheels arrived. I dropped it off at 8:00 AM and was told by around 2:00 PM that it was ready. At first glance, everything looked okay. However, after I paid and took a closer look, I noticed the tires didn't sit properly on the wheels. Since then, I've had to purchase two new rear tires (255/35R19) from Discount Tire, but even with the new tires, the fit still doesn't seem right. Now I have mismatched wheel sizes, which makes tire rotation difficult, and the overall setup is not what I originally requested. I never asked to move to a larger wheel size, and all four wheels still appear as though the tires are not seated (beaded) correctly. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience due to poor fitment, lack of clarity, and not delivering what was originally discussed.
