When I made the purchase, the store owner offered to open the box for me, which prevented me from verifying the expiration date. After trying the vape, I noticed several issues: the battery drained quickly, the flavor did not last more than three days, and it had a burnt taste (64% juice). I returned to the store seeking a replacement or a refund; however, my request was denied. Ok so these reviews are not for the current owner or his staff is really doing him dirty. I moved to Encino the week the pandemic started and the guy I was seeing is not affiliated with the shop and it is better that way. The new gentleman is honest, polite and has been very good to me and mine. There are few locations with similar pricing and I always feel welcome here. If you feel you have been wronged make sure to have a talk with the gentleman who works mostly in the day and he will correct the issue. Got a new vape in the mail and I decided to go to a shop locally called,"white rabbit" White rabbit shop, okay back parking that's fine, the place was mediocre I walked in expecting a vape juice from here purchased two walked out and it was expired, asked for a refund the older Armenian guy didn't want me to get a refund nor replace it and substitute it for good vape juice to compensate for his mistake. The Armenian older man wouldn't cooperate, with us gave us an unprofessional attitude, he didn't know what he was selling to us at all.. I mean expired vape juice? In the video shows him saying that all the vape juice to the far left are expired but when we were first purchasing the vape juice he didn't tell us it was expired it would be one thing if he told us specifically that the juice was expired for almost two years it said,"January 2018." A customer unsatisfied with this shop. Poor customer service, rude owner, and staff. I purchased nicotine and non nicotine juice they were both expired. What's the point of purchasing an expired vape juice? Why sell tobacco/smoke products/juices if you don't know anything about tobacco products. There's no refunds here either. Your better off going somewhere else. Save your money. Use it somewhere else to the vape shop next door it's worth it. This shop rips people off and literally sold us expired juice. So, I went to this vape shop with the knowledge from the owner that I'd be receiving a great deal on some e liquid that wasnt going to be expired. Soon I find out that the liquid he sold me was expired on January 2018 and extremely old. When I called the shop regarding the issue they made it seem like it would be no big deal to exchange it, but sure enough I was shocked by the way I was treated. I was told that they sell expired eliquid all the time to other customers and that they never complain. Well, little did this shop owner know I have quite a lot of knowledge in the vape industry and I know for a fact that eliquid expires and pg,vg, and nicotine all have expire dates. When I confronted this shop owner he literally told me that it doesnt make a difference if it is expired that it's the same as a pack of cigarettes. I really at this point couldn't help my laughter from cracking through my fake smile. I was absolutely shocked that a shop owner literally doesnt know that eliquid does expire and when it does the nicotine, propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin all go bad after around 2 years of shelf life regardless of where you store it. After, finally explaining to the owner my knowledge and expressing in a polite manner that this could be easily resolved with compensating me two new non expired juices it seemed to be rather a problem for the owner and tried to convince me that he was in the right and he sells expired juice all the time. Finally he compensated me a bottle unwillingly because he realized he was in the wrong, or well, didnt want any more issues with me is more so the reason. However, I dont recommend coming here, very ignorant when it comes to vape knowledge and eliquids and there's a vape shop a block or two up the street with much more friendly staff and better deals. Hope no one else has to endure the horrific lies I had to from the owner... very disappointed. Good luck with future sales! On top of that he lacks knowledge with salt base juices and understanding salt based juice always has nicotine and had a hard time understanding that. Very shocking that a owner of a smoke shop doesnt even have his basic vape knowledge down.
