I wanted to update my previous 5 star review now that I have been here about 8 times on behalf of my grandma who can't get around or drive. Every single time the service has been fantastic and we still haven't paid a penny for the fantastic service and assistance we get!?! They have even offered to come to our house since Grandma can't get around easily! Grandma's cancer came back and a tumor shrunk her ear canal so the hearing aid they had previously fixed for us no longer fit in Grandma's ear canal. Central Park Hearing Aid Center called the hearing aid company (Siemans) and Siemans was prepared to fix the 'out of warranty' hearing aid to fit in Gma's new ear canal for free. But CPHAC recommended we wait until after chemo. (in case the tumor shrunk). So we did. And they made the right recommendation; the hearing aid fits again. But we've had a few other issues with the hearing aids and this business has cleaned the hearing aids, repeatedly loaned us hearing aids, cleaned out the hearing aids, and shipped the hearing aids to Seimans for professional cleaning and maintenance. They've even given us several free hearing aid batteries and battery packages for free. This is one of the best run, managed, and best customer care businesses in Fredericksburg. When your grandma's quality of life is negatively affected by limited hearing, it's terrible for Gma and everyone around her. When a place is so kind in helping you resolve those issues, the situation becomes much more pleasant. read more

My grandfather received some hearing aids through the VA and has had to make several unsuccessful trips to have them adjusted. We discovered that this location was a provider for the brand of hearing aides that he has and made an appointment. Kimberly was WONDERFUL and so helpful.
