One of the reasons we opted to go with them is we have Solar panels and they have their own Solar contractors to remove the panels. That saved us about 2K based on pricing from Solar companies that do the same work. There were a couple of issues we noticed after the initial roof repair was completed. We talked to our site manager, Mahkobi, and he looked over the areas of concern and got those fixed. The drywall repair was exceptional and there were no issues whatsoever. Even though we had to address some of the roofing issues, I felt the office and site manager kept us in the loop, listened to our concerns and addressed the issues to our satisfaction. The job isn't completed and they have damaged items that weren't damaged upon arrival. Every single day, when the team left, besides the tiles on the roof, you could not tell that we were having any work done. They always left their work site spotless. They also only remove the amount of roof that they will be able to replace that day. This means that if it were to rain unexpectedly, you don't have to worry about water damage. At the end of the job, Wheeler comes out and does a thorough inspection of the work. After the roof was done and the solar was installed, they came back to reinspect the roof to ensure that no damage to the roof had been done by the solar crew. My experience with this company was like a comedy of errors but not at all funny. After two…read morerescheduled appointments due to "unfortunately my guy called in sick", they finally showed up to power wash the flat roof to prep for a re-coat. I was told it was not necessary for me to be home during this process but I changed my plans, not feeling comfortable being gone. They sprayed away and when I walked into my family room there was dirty roof water leaking in all over my beige sectional, wool rug and coffee table. The pressure washer had knocked off the seal from the skylight. Of course, I documented and asked them to seal up the skylight. Fast forward 5 days and they returned to spray coat. I pointed out that the contract stated areas of foam that needed to be replaced and questioned why they didn't do that first. I got some story about the foam truck on its way but it never materialized. They sprayed the entire roof anyway. I went out back to check and it looked bright white but the contract stated tan color, so it was wrong. The next day the foam truck arrived to do the repair work and after calling the supervisor and salesman, finally got them to repair the skylight and spray the correct color. No offer to have the furniture cleaned, no apologies except excuses, one month after the original completion date and now I'm dealing with a frozen condensation line that they blew all the insulation off of. So in addition to the roof, I've spent money in cleaning and will need to pay the hvac guy to come and re-insulate. I'm also not really sure if the skylight is sealed because they wouldn't water test it as I asked. Guess I'll find out next time it rains. All in all, I trusted this company because they've done my roof in the past. That trust is completely eroded and I would absolutely not recommend anyone else hire them because of all these issues. No offer to repair any damages and a big ball of questionable excuses. Never again.
