I eventually got tired of the same food every week but we occasionally ordered here and there - most recently for May 4th. Unfortunately someone packed the wrong food into the bag with my name - annoying but resolved with a few phone calls and texts back and forth. We were told to put the incorrect food outside for pickup and they delivered our "correct" order. Chris Navarro, I sure hope you got fresh food since strangers unpacked your food and touched it before they realized it wasn't theirs. Now the reason for this negative review? They were out of brown rice so said they would send along a sub and refund the brown rice. Tell me why I haven't gotten this refund and have to chase it with no reply when the refund wasn't even something I asked for. I would have rather gotten my correct food without having to waste my time fixing their mistake.

Cost- I don't see how the cost could be beat. My grocery bills AND my workload went down. Freezable- I bought for the week and froze/microwaved some of the meals. I did not receive my order and have not received a response to calls, texts, or emails requesting a refund. I'm glad I did not place a larger order and spend a huge amount of money. At this point I've filed a complaint with the bbb and the attorney general in addition to disputing the charge with my bank. I'd advise anyone else not to order from this business since they do not seem to be legitimate or at the minimum do not provide acceptable customer service by responding to customers.
