We initially used their free area for ABC's and basic reading. She liked it so much that we became members. It is a great supplement to education and for home practice. It also includes math, maps, calendars, and more. For $35 a year this website has a great multitude of supplemental services for your child. It also is printer friendly. I can tell you first hand I was spending over $35 a month for workbooks and reading tools. While this site does familiarize your child with using a computer, I also print items for handwriting experience. The best part of the website is that you can try it first. While I am a fan, I only wish they had more reading practice, such as games, for high frequency words. Overall, this is one of the best supplemental services I have come across. We were not unfamiliar with CIO and Ferber because we had already tried some of the other strategies out there, such as Taking Cara Babies. But those strategies were not useful for parents who want to sleep in the same room as their children. Eileen understood where we were and provided us a customized sleep plan for our particular and complex needs. Her pricing is eminently fair and she is very tuned into clients. No wonder she is nationally renowned in this business. Oh and of course the plan was a success. In less than 10 days our little one was basically sleeping through the night. A lot of what Eileen does is provide the moral support to carry out the plan. It's obviously not easy to go through any sleep training process because there is something non-intuitive about it. But in the end, it has to get done, and for those few infants who are lucky enough to sleep through the night without help, this is for the other 95% of us all who have to deal with some trials and tribulations. I am happy to say that if we ever run into any problems again, we'd be going straight back to her for additional consultations.
