But getting an appointment is quick and easy. I'm looking forward to watching sports while I wait again soon! Easy to walk over from the City Hall area and you can get there by the T to Haymarket. The reason this isn't a 5 star review is unfortunately because of the other stylist, Diane. Probably one of the most unpleasant and unfriendly customer service experiences I've ever had. Diane snapped when I asked if they did walk ins (like it said online) and she started patronizing me about how to work a phone and kept going on and on.
