She immediately tells me, "Oh, we don't have that," even though the online inventory clearly says you do. Then she proceeds to hand me Cyber Punch instead. I get to my car and realize she gave me the wrong pre-rolls, so I go back in. Instead of just fixing it, she wants to argue with me like I didn't say the name of the strain. She keeps repeating, "I asked you if it was sativa or hybrid, and you said hybrid." What difference does that make when I told you the name -- Chernobyl? The whole interaction was confusing and unnecessary. Get someone with actual customer service skills who doesn't act like they're irritated, rushed, or annoyed by having to do their job. Her stank @ss attitude was rude and dismissive, enough for me not to return. However, the Security person who checked me in was very kind and friendly, perhaps upgrade him to customer service!
