My first time here, because well we wanted to see Pebbles to Pearl play whom we first saw in Ocean city. Nonetheless we came for the band but we will return for the people! I have had amazing service from the grill to the base camp to this lounge. Sooooo attentive and so kind and friendly. Honestly Jazlyn our server at the bar so nice and friendly and attentive and ball of energy. I will most certainly come back!

Wow this place has tanked in one year. If it wasnt for the nice staff and cold beer, I'd give it a one. Was here exactly a year ago, and it was really good food. My oh my, was speechless. Ordered the bacon peanut butter sliders with habanero jelly. Ummm...NO BACON on them. Peanut butter & jelly on stale slider buns. My daughter got bacon cheese fries. Would you believe...NO BACON. So I wait for waitress to come over to tell her we have a slight problem. Emma you are a nice girl. But they didn't make us new food, just shoved bacon onto their mistakes. Yeah that's gross. But I'm staving so I accept it. And the other 3 people in my family are still waiting for their food. Pizza. Pulled pork pizza was super salty and the pork was tough. Cheese pizza, hard to screw up. But it looked like crap. Massanutten...step up your game. We already leave for all other meals. Only came here because we spent evening skiing and had good experience last year. Again, the beer was cold and the recommendation for the Wicked Weed Double IPA was enjoyable. Your food sucks. Fix it please.

The hotel is clean, modern, and reasonably priced, but honestly, the real highlight is the Ridge Room. After a long day on the road, I really don't want to get back in the car to find dinner, so having a rooftop restaurant just steps from the room is perfect. The mountain views are great, and the farm-to-table menu is always interesting. We've eaten here several times, and it has never disappointed. The food is consistently good, and the bartenders know what they're doing--the drinks are just as solid as the meals. It's one of those places where the menu might not immediately grab you, but once you try the food, it all clicks. Definitely a spot we'll keep coming back to.

I have found the front staff and the wait staff to be lacking in their consideration towards restaurant guests. It seems that they are picking and choosing whom they choose to grant a great experience to. Service: The front staff and waitress we had carried an air of attitude when dealing with me and my family. It seemed like they were not keen to accommodate a few of our basic requests which essentially boiled down to laziness. To be honest, they are very petty when it comes to getting a table on their rooftop...when my family (of 5) came in, they told us it was first come first serve and sat us inside. Another family came in with 3-4 adults and 2 kids after we were seated, to which they promptly moved them outside even though they were inside as well when a spot opened up. I'm not truly understanding the mentality of service here and frankly thought for a nice establishment there would be better decorum and attitude towards guests. Food: overall pretty good. I found the food and drink to be solid. In summary, the food is good here but doesn't surpass the service we received.

I recall that last year I was able to get a screwball and Diet Coke, which was really yummy but this year I ended up with a green bold rock cider. They still offer some easy to grab snack snacks like Cheetos and Doritos The fire pit is still roasting and warm, and I will always continue to stop here in the future during our days on the slope I noticed that at the bottom towards the entrance of the slopes they have a new yacht pagoda like bar that they recommended for us to grab any cocktails :)

And it's a nice drive. The area itself is also nice. It's quiet and pleasant. Until you get to the pool. Then it's loud and full of unsupervised kids. Ugh. The hours aren't great, either. It seems like the pools close super early. Why?!!! The restaurants are decent but again for a resort, the hours are just not open late enough. Lastly, the high pressure sales tour is just ridiculous. It was almost enough to make me not want to come back. Stacy and Todd are horrible, worst salespeople ever. They're just rude and unprofessional. Except for them, the trip was good.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the winery and its selection of wines. Rachel guided us through our tasting experience, and she was fantastic. She mentioned that she had been working there for about a year, which honestly surprised us because she was so confident, personable, and entertaining. Her sense of humor and excellent customer service made the experience even more enjoyable. The winery itself is absolutely beautiful. The décor, atmosphere, lighting, furniture, and bar setup were all thoughtfully designed and created an upscale yet comfortable environment. I couldn't stop admiring the space. We also had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful people during our visit--a group of siblings and their spouses. In an incredibly kind gesture, they paid for our meal and wished to remain anonymous. I couldn't leave without expressing my gratitude for their generosity. What stood out most was how engaging the staff was. They kept conversations flowing, shared laughs with guests, and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made everyone feel at home. While the food wasn't quite as impressive as the wine and service, it was still enjoyable and certainly not bad. Overall, this was the best winery experience I've had, and I look forward to returning whenever I have the chance.

It can become a frenzied nucleus of sundry, displaced Steelers fans. And at Time-Out, their singular passion for Pittsburgh outshines their real-life heterogeneities. It's cute. Now I'm a Patriots fan. Not making this a secret, I was setup to watch my game on an old tube TV that wasn't adjusted to display the particulars of the game. It wasn't even large enough to discern who was involved in what play. As I missed the details of play after play, all the potential accolades that could have come from Time-Out being a smoker-friendly establishment vanished. TVs galore and I'm stuck watching my team's unabated conquest on a poorly tuned box circa 1985? And I could swear the thing had wood grain siding. Fail. As a practical matter, management should be advised that when it comes to pizza, every inch of cheese isn't supposed to immediately slide off the bread when slices are handled. Just saying. I'm convinced that they spray the dough with Teflon at Time-Out. All this being said, the service here is exemplary. Our waiter made regular rounds and we were not wanting for pitchers of beer. It's easy to quaff them down at Time-Out. So if you're looking for a place to drink and smoke, come here. But don't expect one iota more.
