They were open during the holiday where 3 others in the area weren't. They have a self checkout lane for Amazon returns which is clutch. The Staff was happy to help me with one I wasn't able to do myself. The man that helped me was very fast and friendly. It's such a gamble nowadays whether you are going to get good service anywhere. I can assure you that here they are professional and helpful. I will definitely be back for any of my shipping needs. It was a great experience. The overweight Latino man wearing glasses is very rude and grumpy. He doesn't even say a simple thank you to the customer. I know this isn't a fun job, but it's basic work ethic. Came in early Tuesday afternoon, and was immediately asked if I needed help. It was my first time dropping off a package and I didn't have a box or anything other than the packing slip and return mailing address printed out, but the employee who helped me out was very friendly and efficient. Really great customer service! Didn't catch his name but on my receipt it says employee 250270. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I came in early this morning when the store opened closer to 930am to avoid the post holiday return lines. Richard the manager provided excellent customer service and helped me get a heavy package sent to my brother in Florida. This store always provides great customer service. The thing to note is it's best to come when the store opens as it's a busy location! I have never had an issues with packages and Amazon returns at this store. read more

These guys are in the toilet lately on accuracy of Amazon returns. I use the place a lot. Unfortunately, there have been about five different orders Recently that I returned here, or attempted to return to Amazon, that "fell off of the back of the truck." *wink wink* So, I won't be coming back again. The last time I went, I waited in line, got to the counter and the guy walked away after scanning a couple of my items, to help someone else. Literally in the middle of helping me. No excuse me, I'll be right back. Just left to go help another guy who came in after me. Wtf? Just received two more emails from Amazon that they are going to charge me for two more items this "tricky fingers" place lost. Not ok. If it was a one time occurrence, ok, things happen. It isn't a one time thing. These guys are screwing up on the regular. I've wasted a lot of time straightening out their mistakes, or theft or whatever the problems are here. I'm done son. I'm pretty pissed honestly about the recurring problems this place seems to have. I second the review from the customer who has also been a loyal customer for many years and also decided to go elsewhere because of the customer service problems. I mostly come here to do Amazon returns, and I've never had any issues. It's a pretty convenient location and the service is consistent. Everyone I've encountered is friendly and they have helped me in a quick and efficient manner, no complaints from me. They're located in the corner of a shopping center, closest to the 125 north on ramp on Navajo Road. It's where the old GameStop was by Starbucks. Parking is not a problem, although I usually don't park very close because of the crazy people trying to get as close to the Starbucks door as possible, I usually park farther away and walk to avoid problems. read more

This location is wonderful. My fiancé and I came here to ship out several important documents with regards to mine and my fiancée's wedding, and Adonis made sure to take great care of us. If I could give more stars to this business I would. I was having a complicated day a few days ago, and nothing was going right, but I had stuff I had to ship out, and I was expecting that to go wrong due to my luck that day. Let me start off by saying that from the moment I walked in the door, from the moment I left it was probably the most welcoming feeling I had all day. I was greeted immediately by a young man there. I think his name was Adonis. I had several packages that I needed to get out and shipped. I think he could sense that I was not having a great day, and told me that he would help me get everything taken care of. Explained everything to me that needed explaining. Even made casual conversation. Not many places have employees that would give you the time of day. So needless to say I would definitely go back when I am need of their services. read more

The employee working today, Monday, April 14th at 6:50 pm refused to scan a QR code I provided him for a return I had despite the directions I received from the retailer explicitly stating the QR code I was providing him to scan was the correct QR code to use. He wouldn't even listen to me. This employee has zero problem solving skills and proceeded to stone wall me and provide me with no solutions whatsoever or even try to scan the code once. I'm not sure what kind of training they're receiving at UPS, but I have never had such bad customer service at FedEx so I'll continue working with them instead. read more

Popped in at 10:52 and asked the only guy there if he is a notary. He said "the notary should be in at 11:00, but I doubt it." I asked "what does that mean?" and he said, "the notary is closing so he will probably come in later." Cool. UPS really needs to not play a phone recording about most stores "usually having multiple notaries all day" without letting you talk to a person to confirm. I have a very important medical authorization to get signed, and I don't appreciate the run around. Driving to another UPS store now and hoping they have better management/more responsible staff at that one. Do better! read more

I visited this UPS store for the first time yesterday, March 31st, 2021. From the moment I walked in I could see and smell the cleanliness of it. I was greeted by a very kind young woman, Devyn, with a happy smile, walking around cleaning surfaces ... her smile and greeting made me feel welcome and she asked immediately if she could help me. She got me started on what I needed and handled every detail with professionalism and kindness. There was a young man working around the store as well and he was equally as kind and helpful. They both came across as having a rapport and team spirit, which made my visit even more comfortable. The lighting, the temperature, the cleanliness and the overall positive and friendly attitude of the two employees, insured I will give this location all of my business. The person helping me, his name starts with A and he had glasses and longer hair, was so slow and unfriendly. I stopped by here a few days ago to ship a large package I am returning to amazon. The line was out the door. There was one person working at the store. But this lady was super efficient and unstoppable. She had 2 registers open and helping 2 customers out at the same time. She managed to get to me within 4 min of waiting in line from outside the door. She was a rockstar and works very hard. I'm giving her props because she deserves recognition.
