They carry a multitude of event decor for my table settings which keeps my budget-tight brides and those hosting parties within their limits. For the crafter in me, the pricing of stemware, place settings, or other table decor allows me to monogram family logos, initials or add a personal touch to my events and raises the level of elegance at or below budget. Helpful staff is always on the ready and I have never had more than a 5 minute wait to checkout and be on my way. Her name was Jennifer, she was very nice . So they said its fuse burnt out. But they just replaced the fuse and gave it back to me. When i bought it this one didn't have box so i want to make sure its brand new. The manager said its brand new. but when i brought home there was scratch on the bowl , also the Asix brand name was just glued poorly just came off. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received during my recent visit…read more I stopped by to purchase six 20-pound bags of ice. Due to a spinal fusion and permanent lifting restrictions, I am unable to lift more than five pounds. I politely asked a lady (short, petite with dark hair who identified herself as the manager if someone could help me load the ice. Instead of showing empathy or trying to find a solution, I was told that she could tell me where the ice was but couldn't lift it for me. I explained again that I physically could not lift the bags at all. Rather than attempting to locate another employee, I was left waiting for approximately 45 minutes. What made the experience especially upsetting was the attitude. I felt dismissed and judged based solely on how I looked. Because when I asked, she actually looked me up and down. Her eyes scanned me as if to judge my ability to get my own ice. Just because someone appears healthy doesn't mean they don't have a disability or medical restriction. Disabilities are not always visible, and customer service should reflect that understanding. Ironically, an employee from the register--the same person who was there all along--eventually came over and loaded all six bags into my car without issue. Had that happened from the beginning, this entire experience could have been avoided. I shop at this location because it's convenient and carries products I need, so I'll likely continue to visit. However, I sincerely hope management takes this as an opportunity to improve customer service and provide better training on assisting customers with disabilities or medical limitations. A little kindness, empathy, and willingness to help can make all the difference.

For example, a pack of charred frozen vegetables was not with the other frozen vegetable section, but rather on an end-cap. The staff is incredibly nice and so helpful. They know the layout of the store like the back of their hand. I had a few questions about where things were located, and the staff got me to the right aisle without hesitation. If you can, try to go on a weeknight or a few hours before the store closes. The only reason I didn't give the location a 4-5 stars was the crowds. It made it a bit difficult to access certain products, especially in aisles that had a free sample nearby.
