I had talked to MULTIPLE brokers, sales agents, and scammers and I was getting pretty frustrated that no one could match my budget and everyone was making me promises that they for sure could not keep. Plus they KEPT CALLING MY PHONE. But I contacted Outbounds and Sabina, our broker, helped me out so much. She was extremely diligent and answered all of my many, MANY calls and questions. Not only did she match my budget, but she also made a special exception to give the 100% of the payment directly to the driver without the brokerage company taking a cut. This resulted in my brother's car arriving one and a half days EARLY with absolutely no damages. Our driver, Zukhriddin, was EXTREMELY professional and, even though there was a language barrier on both our ends, he worked with us to answer all my brother and dad's questions. He pulled out his translator app and was very patient with them. He was phenomenal and so was Sabina. Outbounds is a GREAT company to use for first time car shippers- I was super nervous about this entire experience but they made it so much easier for me and my family. The last thing I will say is that, if you are looking to vet out these car shipping companies, use two websites: Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Also, I will say that from my personal experience, I enjoyed speaking to a woman broker and having her handle my case. It was my first time doing this and she was very refreshing to talk to. Most of the salesmen I had spoken with before were either rude or condescending and I got the feeling they were just trying to sell me on any price point possible. If you are in an accident and the cops mainly…read morestate police are involved, and have to call a tow service, make sure you find out who they are calling, most likely they will call these guys since they work together, apparently the owner used to be a state cop. I skid in the rain and hit the guardrail, someone called cops, state police came due to state property, i said i would call AAA and they refused and said they couldn't wait for an hour and their towing service would come sooner. They towed, normal tow, nothing unusual or major, facility was 5 miles away. Called the next morning to pick up, and was blown!!! They quoted me $600 for the tow how in the world does anyone charges $600 for an overnight tow? When asked they said "accident" tows are different, how??? Charged me for 20 miles, cleanup charge $125, admin fee $35 and accidental tow charge $299" i called many tow companies to double check and also the state police and they all wondered why the charges were so much. Fraud written all over!! Spreading the word, when cops tow check the company they r using first.
