Turns out both were leaking through roof overhang below. In order to get the job done correctly RW Mulligan had to remove old flat roof, sub-floor, damaged trim, and doors. The doors were then re-flashed, raised and put back in. RW installed new drain (that works), new sub-floor, replaced all trim and moldings. The roofers/carpenters did a great job and all water drains properly. RW Mulligan's communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. After we spoke about the possible solutions/plans, Jeff did not rush me to proceed with his recommendations and gave me time to think about my options.
