I am so disappointed in this company! As you can see he came on December 14 and promised to deal with the gophers under the avocado tree. He came twice and said he would be there three more times! I said what if you don't get the gophers. Do you continue? He said no but I can keep coming back and charge you $50 each trip. I was shocked and I argued with him. He did not come back. HE CHARGED ME $700 AND I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE GOPHERS!!! they were harmless moles. I was very angry with myself that I did not go to the company who dealt with my gophers before and gave me a 60 day guarantee So I called Rodent Guys 909 599 4722 and Rilo came right away. He checked the whole area and said you don't have gophers you have moles. And you don't need to worry about moles because they do not eat the roots of your trees but just eat the bugs. Several companies I had contacted had appointments a week away and because of our tight timeline to move in we were grateful that Eliminix was able to treat our soil termites the next day and luckily had an opening for fumigation prior to our move in date.
