Don't rush to do things and explain things if I have questions. They make sure to take care of any spider webs in the crevices, even the kids playground. I appreciate them for being so thorough. Customer service with Will is never an issue. It's easy to schedule. If I need another service they can accommodate. We have had many sales people at our door. So far over 5 years with Procraft and I would not switch. Just added monthly service for the summer months. Good pricing in my opinion, matches every sales person and I rather stay loyal to them since they've been great all these years.

They provided suggestions for entry points around the house. Very importantly, once it was called all clear for animals, Ben went under the house and thoroughly checked it all out so that I could close up the vent that was completely pulled out of the opening.
