Thanks to Dr Lee, Dinah is doing much better and thanks to his natural product (no pills), my cat can travel now without getting motion sickness.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had multiple frustrating experiences with this office…read moresince Dr. Jordon left, and I cancan no longer recommend them to anyone who values reliable and compassionate care for their animals. Despite being listed as open at 8am, it's rare to get anyone on the phone before 8:30 or even 8:45. They close early randomly -especially on Fridays- and are closed midweek, making access to care incredibly difficult. When I called about an urgent medication refill for a condition that can result in serious bleeding if untreated, it took them 4 days to get the medication ready. That kind of delay is unacceptable and dangerous. The front desk staff consistently fail to take accurate messages. I've gone in multiple times to pick up prescription food or medication (that I called ahead for and they confirmed it would be ready), only to find that they have the wrong items, or nothing was ready at all. It's a waste of time and shows they have zero attention to detail. This kind of negligence is not only frustrating - it's incredibly dangerous! There have been times I was told they were open but couldn't schedule an appointment because they had no vet in house that day. If you don't have a vet in house, why are you open?! Even for urgent issues, they routinely refer you to urgent care or ER, rather than taking responsibility for established pets in their care. The urgent care clinics they refer you to don't open until 12 and are by appointment (unless you are willing to wait all day and possibly not be seen because appointments get priority- would have been nice for them to tell me that prior to suggesting I go there). And if you want to speak with a vet directly? Good luck! Getting a call back from an actual vet is impossible. Last time I requested to speak with the vet concerning an ongoing issue with one of my pets, it took THREE WEEKS to get a call back. By that time, I had already sought care from another vet. This clinic is DISORGANIZED, UNRESPONSIVE, LACKS ACCOUNTABILITY, and the urgency and professionalism that pet owners and their pets deserve. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value competent, attentive care for your pets that also prioritize your pet's health-and your time- seriously.

Well Gregory acted the same way so I wanted him To be in our family. The unique thing was that he had the floor and the apt. The shelter at first when I said I wanted him and because he was younger and I am diabetic so they wanted me take home one of the older cats were already declared I promised I would not have him declawed. I also knew it is easier to fit in because they havent gotten in a set way of being. It also easier doer the girls. As both Mao's adopter and a registered nurse, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of medical…read moretransparency during his adoption. Before adopting Mao, I specifically requested his surgical records but was told his urinary issues had been resolved with surgery and was not allowed to review the paperwork. I never spoke with a veterinarian or medical staff, despite later discovering in his records that a veterinary consultation with prospective adopters was recommended. It was only six days after adoption, on the day we rushed him to the vet for another urinary blockage, that I finally received his complete medical records. Those records revealed that Mao had experienced two urinary blockages while in the organization's care, had only been off medication for one day before being medically cleared for adoption, and was recommended for a foster observation period before permanent placement to monitor for recurrent urinary issues. None of these recommendations were followed, and none of this information was disclosed to us before adoption. From the day we brought Mao home, he showed concerning urinary symptoms, including frequent urination. We carefully followed all instructions, fed his prescribed urinary diet, and monitored him closely. Despite this, he suffered a third blockage just six days after adoption and required emergency treatment. The outcome was devastating. After veterinary evaluation, we were advised that due to the severity of his urinary disease, possible kidney damage, and a potential diabetes diagnosis, he remained at high risk for future blockages even after additional treatment. He required another unblocking surgery and is now being evaluated for Perineal Urethrostomy (PU) surgery. Faced with the likelihood of ongoing complex medical care beyond our ability to provide, we made the heartbreaking decision to medically surrender him so he could receive the treatment he needed. My concern is not that Mao had medical issues. Animals with special needs deserve loving homes. My concern is that critical medical history, documented recommendations, and the seriousness of his condition were not fully disclosed before adoption. Full transparency allows adopters to make informed decisions and helps ensure animals are placed in situations where their medical needs can be properly anticipated and managed. Despite everything that happened, we loved Mao deeply during the short time we had him. In just six days, he became part of our family, which made the decision to surrender him even more painful. We wanted nothing more than to give him a safe, stable, and loving home, and we were fully committed to following his medical care plan. What makes this experience so difficult is the feeling that Mao was not set up for success before adoption. Given the severity of his medical history, the lack of disclosure, and the absence of the recommended observation and veterinary consultation, it seems he was placed for adoption without the safeguards necessary to ensure he was truly stable. Looking back, it is hard not to feel that Mao was denied the best possible chance at a healthy and happy transition into a permanent home. He deserved better, and I hope lessons are learned from his case so that future adopters and animals do not experience the same heartbreak. Do better.

It has taken me some time to write this review dealing with the grief of losing a pet. My wife and…read morehad been dealing with one of our ferrets having lymphoma and were maintaining their comfort and quality of life with medication as best we could. Unfortunately, one night it finally reached the point the medication was no longer helping their comfort. Due to it being late night on a Sunday our typical vet was not open and finding an emergency vet for a ferret is not an easy task. I came across MVMC online and called them immediately and staff were calm and friendly and explained we would likely be good to come in just to fill out an online form and call back prior to coming in. Once the form was completed I called back and we got the okay to come in and a vet would be available for us. Due to the nature of our visit it was such an extremely difficult moment for my wife and I both. Every single member of staff we interacted with gave us their forgiveness as well as our time/space we needed. We had a private room right away and got to spend as much time as we needed with our special fur baby to say our goodbyes. As well as all the time we needed with him after and we got to be with him during the entire process. During this extremely difficult moment in our life the staff gave us the time and condolences we needed. We also appreciate everything we got including a letter from the staff in memory of our forever loved ferret!

Before that decision was reached we were ran through a few other options. After zed alternatives were deemed infeasible, the doctor would not tell us that our dog needed euthanasia otherwise. I don't know if she was nervous or what, but in the end it is your duty to tell us what's best for our dog no matter how hard. After finally getting her to tell us what was needed to be done she worded it "we could try euthanasia". Come on, there is no try here. After this, the dog was brought to get a catheter put in and to get a shot that would calm her down before she would be brought in to see us for the last time. They ignored our instructions to put a muzzle on our dog (she gets nervous and can lash out during shots etc.). When she was brought in to see us she had BLOOD all over her legs. This was due to the ignoring of instructions and therefore their struggle to administer the medication/catheter in a clean manner. The extremely frustrating part is that they didn't even bother to clean the blood off of our dog quickly before she would be brought in to see us for the LAST time. Extremely unprofessional. After all of this, the sedatives given to our dog would not work. Poor management of dosing correctly in relation to our dog's weight. This went on for hours. We were in this room with our dog for hours before any medications they administered worked properly. They showed no sympathy or concern in regard to any of these faults. Use this place with extreme caution & awareness. Your animals deserve better. Go somewhere professional & respectful.
