The gentlemen from elite appliance service came by today to fix our dishwasher. First, they are so friendly! We have had terrible experiences with repair companies lately and a little bit of kindness definitely went a long way. Secondly, they fixed our machine with a part we purchased ourselves, which is something some companies won't do- so that saved us some money, which was really nice. They worked quickly to fix the machine, and when they were done gave me a full explanation of what happened, how the unit works, and what was fixed. Not to mention they also confirmed my suspicions that the first company that came out completely lied and gave us 100% incorrect information. These guys are honest and good at their jobs. Elite Appliance LIED to the appliance company that they fixed my dishwasher and confirmed it is working. It is not and I have now missed my warranty window. Elite Appliance was scheduled to repair my LG dishwasher. Upon arrival to repair the previously diagnosed issue, they found they had received the replacement part from LG in an unusable condition. They replaced something else on my dishwasher, but not the part they originally diagnosed as causing the issue. Because the original issue was still not fixed, I called the company and left numerous voicemails to schedule a next appointment to fix he actual problem. They have never responded to date. After 3 months, I still have not reinstalled the broken dishwasher. I am back in touch with LG and have been advised they submitted a repair report stating they FIXED the diagnosed issue and confirmed the appliance is functional. The dishwasher was never reinstalled or had the power reconnected, hence making it physically impossible for them to provide confirmation that they left the appliance in working order. read more

The service recieved was preformed by very friendly knowledgable men. The one thing that I think they can do better on is their pricing; the cost just to have them come out to your home is $89.00, even if you live close by. I felt their labor pricing was expensive, and their administrative staff to be slightly abbrasive on the phone. read more

I rarely write reviews but my wife and I agree, Elite Appliance deserves one. Called them on a Monday morning after our washing machine stopped with a E6 error message. I admit I was hesitant since I didn't know Elite and it was only after about six other calls and some Internet research that I zeroed in on Elite Appliance. They could not have been more pleasant and helpful on the phone. Knew what to order (after checking their inventory first). In two days I received a call that the unit was in and they could be at my house the next day (Thursday) to install it. This company is useless. I purchased a Magic Chef washer through Best Buy end of April 2016. It started leaking on the last cycle 2 weeks ago. I called and was told they would send a local technician, they sent Elite Appliance Services. Nothing elite about them...the tech came out to my home (over a week after reporting my issue) he was here 15-20 minutes and said he couldn't duplicate the problem even though I said it happened on the last cycle and questioned that he was testing the machine without a load of laundry in it. He basically told me I was over loading the machine, or adding too much soap. So I used the machine as he hooked it up, with 1/2 the load I normally would and it again leaked in the last load again!!!!! I called several times that same day only to be told the tech was on other jobs, the woman answering couldn't give me any sort of timeframe for a return call. Finally got ahold of him at 6pm and I was told by him that he had to contact Magic Chef for next steps they would authorize. 6 days later NOTHING from either company. I call Elite and the woman answering said it had been referred to Magic Chef and I had to contact them. When I asked why they didn't call me to say this she stated that they assumed that Magic Chef would contact me. (They didn't!!!!). When I told her they didn't her word were, "well I guess you know what happens when you assume." Yes I do! They make an ASS outta you and a dumbass outta me for thinking this company was professional!! But wait... It gets better.... So I hang up with the useless receptionist and call Magic Chef. They tell me that they are looking for another local repair shop because Elite Appliances "Refuses" to continue with my repairs. Refuses???? When asked why they didn't elaborate. So I can only speculate.... Because they couldn't fix it? Because they were bothered by a customer that just wanted the repairs done? Because a short cut wouldn't solve the problem so they couldn't collect a check from a large corporation without doing any work? Are these guys allergic to performing any real work? . I can only speculate on their reason. But a certainty is that this company has horrible reviews here (and on Google - I recommend you read those reviews and the rude responses from the company itself!) for a reason. It has horrible customer service, technicians that don't want to be bothered to help a consumer and they couldn't even fix my simply portable washing machine. Call ANYONE else because if you need help, these guys are MIA. read more
