The new owners definitely did not provide the same service. When I booked my service,, I asked them if there was any way I could be put down for the first or second stop of the day. I needed to go to work, and it was still a few days away. They told me that was not a problem. The service technician did not show up until 12:40 PM! The first time I called at 9:30, the lady on the phone made no apologies; she basically said "that's the way it is". I understand when you're working with a time window, customers may ask to be put first, but all they had to say was no we cannot do that. Instead they told me they could when obviously they had no intention of doing that. I don't appreciate getting. reprimanded from my boss about a dishwasher repair. The technician, Brian, arrived and was pleasant. The reason for my service, was my dishwasher was not draining. I explained this to the office when I booked my service call. Brian took off the drain hose first. When he did that there was a very big clog at the end of the drain hose. I saw that and said, "Could that be the reason why it's not draining?" He said "I'm not sure" It seem to me this was an easy fix. He proceeded to take the floor plate off of the dishwasher and unscrew it from the countertop. He turned the dishwasher on, said it sounded loud. I told him that was normal for this dishwasher. He did not try to run a cycle to see if unclogging the drain hose would solve the issue. Instead, he quoted me almost $300 to change the drain hose and install a new drain pump. He reconnected the drain hose to make sure there was no leaks, so I could run my garbage disposal. My drain hose is only a couple years old because I just got a new garbage disposal. I was surprised he did not have parts in his truck. He said he would have to come back another day. He said he only had Whirlpool parts even though they asked me the brand of my dishwasher on the phone and it seems to me that's a common part to have to replace. He did not replace the screws that he removed. Once he left, I ran a cycle through, and it worked! Back to normal! I saved myself over $300 for a repair that I did not need. If I hadn't seen that clog myself I would have just believed him and spent way more money than I needed to. Seems like a dishonest practice to me. Make your own judgments, but I will not be using them again.

Our flooring was raised kinda like they built the kitchen around the dishwasher and we didnt want to take any chances. We called day and evening, they came out and looked at our current dishwasher and advised us on what to get....no charge. We go get the dishwasher, the day of install comes and day and evening come back. Unfortunate for us I bought a closed bottom dishwasher which requires a plumber. Instead of charging us for the 30 or so minutes they were here, they hooked us up with their plumber who will be here in the next day to install and didnt charge us for the trip out here. This is how you do business. They could of charged us for both trips out and with gas being $4 right now I would of understood that, but instead they said no worries and shook our hand. We have used this company a few times and they know they are our go to when SHTF and things like this is the reason WHY i'd never call anyone else to fix any of our appliances. They aren't out to get over on their customers or make a quick buck. They are there to do a job, do it right and do it fair and in 2026 that is often overlooked. The idea of buying a new one that might only last a few years filled me with absolute dread. So many products made these days are absolute garbage. I remembered The Vac Store where I'd bought a Miele in the 90s that also lasted forever. I walked in and talked with Tony who was marvelous. He was friendly and helpful and did not pressure me in any way. (He had also helped me troubleshoot on the phone earlier that day and commiserated with me on my old vac not being fixable.) I don't have the kind of income I used to have but I ended up walking out with a new Sebo E mostly because the company offers such a great warranty. With registration Tony explained that I'd get a ten year warranty (7 for labor). Wow I thought, any company that offers that kind of warranty must be making a solid product. I'm very cranky these days about how rare customer service is and how poorly things are made. It was really nice to not feel cranky for a change.
