We had a disastrous experience of delivery and damage to our home. Their 2 delivery men fell…read morebackwards down our stairs, dented the machine, gouged our walls and stairs of a newer home. It is challenging to get the repair done as the damage were deep gouges on the landing levels. Challening to replace and repair. We were promised by their logistics representative, that has now left the company to run his own business. Promises have not been kept. I am hopeful that they still might come through. My husband repaired with painting and spackling our walls. The stairs are much harder. I will write again once it is completed. Without the man, Mike, who made promises, and seemed sincere, it seems promises might not be kept. Be careful. They replaced the machine and it came dented, but in a way we couldn't see. And we didn't want another experience with delivery. We should have been compensated for this mess. None yet.

The new owners definitely did not provide the same service. When I booked my service,, I asked them if there was any way I could be put down for the first or second stop of the day. I needed to go to work, and it was still a few days away. They told me that was not a problem. The service technician did not show up until 12:40 PM! The first time I called at 9:30, the lady on the phone made no apologies; she basically said "that's the way it is". I understand when you're working with a time window, customers may ask to be put first, but all they had to say was no we cannot do that. Instead they told me they could when obviously they had no intention of doing that. I don't appreciate getting. reprimanded from my boss about a dishwasher repair. The technician, Brian, arrived and was pleasant. The reason for my service, was my dishwasher was not draining. I explained this to the office when I booked my service call. Brian took off the drain hose first. When he did that there was a very big clog at the end of the drain hose. I saw that and said, "Could that be the reason why it's not draining?" He said "I'm not sure" It seem to me this was an easy fix. He proceeded to take the floor plate off of the dishwasher and unscrew it from the countertop. He turned the dishwasher on, said it sounded loud. I told him that was normal for this dishwasher. He did not try to run a cycle to see if unclogging the drain hose would solve the issue. Instead, he quoted me almost $300 to change the drain hose and install a new drain pump. He reconnected the drain hose to make sure there was no leaks, so I could run my garbage disposal. My drain hose is only a couple years old because I just got a new garbage disposal. I was surprised he did not have parts in his truck. He said he would have to come back another day. He said he only had Whirlpool parts even though they asked me the brand of my dishwasher on the phone and it seems to me that's a common part to have to replace. He did not replace the screws that he removed. Once he left, I ran a cycle through, and it worked! Back to normal! I saved myself over $300 for a repair that I did not need. If I hadn't seen that clog myself I would have just believed him and spent way more money than I needed to. Seems like a dishonest practice to me. Make your own judgments, but I will not be using them again.

Overall, reasonable cost to come out to get my dryer working (and quick). I also like the added benefit of giving my money to a local business.

Like any other big box store I imagine the layout is similar to any other Home Depot. Although I never really came into one to shop multiple items of a vast range I slowly made my way around picking away at my list. Found almost everything. The never called to say they were running late, they never showed. I called left 3 messages. They never called me back. I finally got them on the phone and the fridge arrived 3 days AFTER the day promised for delivery. The next day the fridge/freezer they delivered was not working. One week later and I still have a refrigerator that doesn't work. Unacceptable! I think this is one of the most unreliable companies I've ever dealt with. They pretty much told me that its NOT their problem, I've have 2 statements with NO fee now this months statement has a statement fee. That was NOT in the agreement, I was suppose to have NO fees as long as I paid in full for 6 months. I have budgeted for 6 months and on my 3rd statement I have a statement fee. I was never told I would get a fee for having a statement and P.C. RICHARDS didn't want to help me. For a Family owned business they really don't care about their customers. I in the past bought a washer and dryer from them and knowing how important to me is to buy local and family owned, my next purchase of a Refrigerator and dishwasher or anything else will not be purchased there because they are not honest people and they do not care. If we decided to use them the 50 would be applied to the bill. When the owner Tom Savage left my home he wrote us a quote for $259.00 which would come out to 209.00 when he returns with the part. He is now asking for 325 which will be 275 because of the 50 credit. He is not standing by his quote wich we paid $50 for. He also lied to us and told us he is a memeber of the BBB with a perfect rating. We now know this is a lie as well.
