I saw mark outside the shop one morning passing by and thought I should stop by and I'm glad I did! Mark rewired my radio and subwoofer to shut off with my 79 corvette. My previous mechanic didn't know what he was doing and put a cut off switch for my subwoofer but not my radio. I had wired it myself but forgot to connect it to acc wire so my radio was constantly on. It was draining my battery every 3-4 days. Haven't had any issues since I got the work done! I had a dash cam installed by Elite Audio about 4 months ago.I had some problems with the dash cam and waited a few months to go back for help. It turns out it was user error (me not reading the manual or going to the manufacturer website). The Manager/Owner, the same guy that helped me out before, walked me through how to connect the dash cam to my phone and use the app to view the dash cam footage. I am very happy with the service and installation I received on my first visit. The follow-up appointment 3 months later was awesome as well. I have an old Lexus (2004) which I love, except the audio system was 20 years old! I had a tape deck and CD player. Elite Audio brought me up to date, installing Apple CarPlay with a rear camera. Now I can play anything from my iphone via bluetooth and it's great. I feel so liberated! The only downfall is that the radio reception is just not good with these aftermarket packages, so I have to download the app for the radio stations and listen that way. Mark of Elite was terrific, going through everything in detail before and after the installation. I followed up with the radio issue and he helped me with that. I went to Elite Audio for the installation of my Reviver R Plate. When dropping my car off I asked if they could tint my windows while they had my car. The staff was extremely friendly and said they would be able to. I picked up my car and it was very dark out so I couldn't see much. The next morning I realized that the tint film was not cut very evenly on the edge of the window. There was a bunch of glue residue all over my car and the wire cover in my car was not properly attached. I'm a bit disappointed with the tint and the fact that there is glue and scratch marks all over my rear bumper. Friendly staff but not happy with the tint job and the condition my car was returned in. read more

I was assigned to Elite Audio via a company called Installernet. I believe they provide services for the digital license plate installs and Elite Audio scheduled to come and install mine around Mid October. Tech was very friendly and seemingly all went well until he left and I opened my trunk to get something and realized the molding were not properly put back in place . I contacted them and they came out the next week and the Tech mentioned that these molding were a bit hard to work with and the clips had broken off. No problem , he would go back to the office and place an order to replace them and let me know . Well, it's now mid December, countless calls, countless excuses that they are waiting on the dealer and tech. No calls back , and still no fix. I even told them that I called the dealer and found the parts and also located them online . This is a $40 fix btw but it's the principal and it shows you just what kind of company you deal with that doesn't stand behind the work they do read more

Summary first: This was a surprisingly enjoyable experience. I'm super happy with the results and definitely recommend coming here for all of your audio and tinting needs! My son will be driving soon and I wanted to pimp it out a bit for him. So I installed a new radio, thinking if I do it myself, I'll save a bunch of money. It didn't go as planned. I messed it up and blew out the back speakers. I couldn't give my son this problem, so I began my search for professional help. I had two things in mind, coming to Elite Audio Hollywood: 1. Get my botched self-installed radio fixed and 2. tinting on my car's windows. I was already embarrassed at my attempt to save money by installing a radio myself. I somehow managed to not only fail at the install, but the side effects were that my windows wouldn't roll down anymore and my entire dashboard was disabled. Mark the Magical was able to diagnose the problem, fix it(!), and save my radio, car battery, and fix the installation. Amazing! I decided to upgrade my system to add an amp and subwoofer, as well as replace the blown speakers. I just picked up my car and it finally sounds great and everything I messed up was reversed. The tinting looks amazing as well! Angeline made the paperwork a breeze. Such a great team they have at Elite! Finally, I have to say, this didn't cost a lot of money. I'd been quoted much higher prices at other places and almost gave up hope. Mark was sympathetic to my situation and was able to make a custom package price for me that fit in my budget.
