I saw their truck in my neighborhood a couple of times and decided to try to call for an appointment with no luck. Mind you after hearing a sad similar story from my neighbor and against his advice I still decided to give them a shot. They don't answer and when they do it's some excuse about how it's too far or too late. Then I get a random text about how they can come today and when I reply with a time they said it's too late (again). I don't see what the problem is a month later and unfortunately I work a crazy schedule to take my vehicles myself and around for them. It really sucks that MOST if not all "Mobile Tinters and Detailers" operate this way. Considering we have so many vehicles constantly operating in my family we need reliable resources like this that are just not there. SMH No star recommendations unfortunately read more

Back in 2006, I had a beautiful 2007 cherry pearl Scion tC which of course wasn't complete without window tint. I had heard from friends and my customers that JT Window Tinting was the way to go. So I called up the place and Jose was able to come out to MY HOME (free of charge) to tint my windows. I got 20% on the back windows and 35% on the front windows. The job was immaculate and the price was extremely affordable. He offers LIFETIME WARRANTY, so if something ever goes wrong with your tint (which I doubt it will), he will redo the job. Sadly, my tC was declared a total loss two years later after a lady ran a red light and slammed into me. I miss my tC! BUT! Unreliable and unresponsive. I made an appointment with Jose a week ago to get my windows tinted on my new car and it was already difficult enough trying to schedule an appointment due to the lack of responsiveness! Should've known then not to waste my time but gave him the benefit of the doubt because of a referral. However, I had an appointment scheduled yesterday with Jose and he did not show. He did not even bother giving me a courtesy call/text to let me know he couldn't make it. I even went ahead and reached out the day before my appointment to assure my appointment was all set and Jose confirmed and STILL did not show. This is extremely unprofessional considering the lack of respect for others time. I cleared up time in my schedule and planned accordingly for my appointment for him to not show, respond or even give me the courtesy to let me know he could not make it anymore. I was referred to this company by Toyota of Hollywood who contract with JT to do the tinting on their cars upon client request, for over double ($599) what JT charged me directly ($220) to tint my Prius.
